I would just like to start off by saying if you're reading this while the Krabby Patty meal is still a thing at Wendy's don't bother. all it is is a Dave's combo that "Normally" costs $6 with a pineapple flavored Frosty that costs $2, Minus the soft drink by the way. But because they named it the Krabby Patty meal they want to charge you $12 for it. Do yourself a favor order the Dave's combo and a dollar Frosty and save yourself $4 per meal. Do they honestly think people would not notice, shameful at the least With that out of the way I would like to say this particular Wendy's is surprisingly clean and I found the customer service to be great. Which is surprising because most Wendy's I have been into in the Greater Dallas area have been a disaster, so it is refreshing to see one that has a higher standard. Our order was made swiftly, Fresh and correctly, which is also nice. Now I have only ever been to this location once but it was at dinner time and they were rather busy so that's saying something. * For corporate I don't know who needs to hear this but gimmicks don't work, all you do is alienate your customer base and hurt the brand. If you want Increase sales you need to lower prices and raise standards across the board, think In-N-Out Burger or Chick-fil-A. Sure you will take a hit in profits for a little while but the increase in customers will more than make up for it over time. read more

I've never actually wanted to ever post an angry or serious review in my 22 years of living until now but I am so unbelievably upset right now. Lived in Forney almost my entire life and sad to say I've had nothing but bad experiences of this establishment. My drive thru experience was not very pleasant, the person in front of me was arguing with the cashier from the looks of it. and after the car pulled forward and I approached the window, the cashier unprofessionally said "did you see that shit bruh, damn" but the real reason why I even wrote this review was because when I get home and look at my food, There was mold in my Chocolate frosty....Mold in a frosty.... How is that even possible!?!?!? Very dissapointed and I encourage everybody to not come to this specific Wendy's ever again!! Service is horrible. I asked for a frosty cream cold brew and the lady working at the drive thru informed me that Wendy's has never had this item. I'm from seattle so this may have only been something in that state. My breakfast was cold as ever which i have never been to any wendys and gotten cold breakfast fries nor regular fries as i praise wendys for always serving hot fries. I went through the drive through, first off it took a really long time, I ordered nuggets, I get to the window and the guy tries to hand me what I thought was a water, I said I didn't order a water, he said it's not water its a sprite, I said I didn't order a sprite, he then said in a really loud voice "well what the F$&K did you order then"....first of all its your job to know what I ordered, second, why are you cursing at me, third....my 3 and 6 year old are in the car with me is that really necessary....completely unacceptable. I pulled up to Wendy's and at first the lady was a polite, but then she soon got frustrated and when we looked back in our receipt, she gave us a kiss big bag insead of regular big bag. WORST SERVICE EVER! Order took 27 minutes (placed at 6:09pm, given to me at 6:36pm) Burgers were cold, bland and mediocre taste. Only reason we stayed was my kids wanted to try the Krabby Patty. Personally I would rate this place with no stars at all but I can't. First off we started and we ordered Two chocolate frosty's and one of the new strawberry ones. They told us that they had to prepare the two chocolate ones because they had none ready. So we waited but thirty minutes later nothing, so we went in and apparently they hadn't even started to make them. Food here is mediocre sometimes fresh sometimes not so fresh. Service is kind of like their food it's not that great. The ambiance of the place is Very unprofessional, you can see it on their face they dislike working there and could careless about you or your order. Apple Pay is always down and if you have an online order you can not use drive thru even if it's already paid for and you have your phone to show proof of purchase you're required to physically walk in to pick up order. Just went to Forney Wendy's. Big sign in parking lot and again on restaurant windows. All sized soft drinks $1.00 at Happy Hours. 2pm thru 5pm and after 10pm. It's 3pm. I order a medium drink and it shows $2.19. I tell the cashier that it's Happy Hour and should be $1.00. She doesn't know what to do. Finally, asks me if it's OK for me to pay the $2.19? I ask her if it's OK if I take down the signs. So, I overpay and won't be back. Nobody in the Wendy's could handle it. Train your employees. YIKES!! By the way the soft drink had almost no fizz. Today, I have officially encountered the rudest, snobbiest, most miserable young woman from any drive thru restaurant that I have visited. Now, I know it's the drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but I AT LEAST expect sub-par food and customer service. Here's some advice so others don't call corporate or complain to the manager like I did: 1. When you don't put the order on the screen, don't get an attitude when a paying customer asks you to read the order back. 2. When you get that order wrong, don't get an attitude when it's clearly your fault. 3. When you don't hear the customer correctly don't say rudely, "What'd you say???" with that most annoyed tone in your voice. 4. The employees are rude and unhelpful. I work for DoorDash and the Order I'm picking up is never started before I arrive. I come in and tell them the order name and they simply start working on it as soon as I get there. It wastes tons of my time. I hear them complaining in the back about various things with customers in the drive-through. When I see them hand me bags of food That are wide open and tell me that they're ready to go without sealing them up, or even caring that they're not sealed up, it really makes me question their commitment to quality.
