Next serving lady barely made eye contact and every item she added was partly dripping over the side of the container. This continued for all three people in my party. When we reached the register I got napkins and wiped off the containers before the register worker put them into the bag so we wouldn't have a mess when we got in the car to eat. If you say you close at 11 you should make sure you have enough of everything to last you until then! Ughhhhh! I don't know why I try to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt and go back! That'll be changing ASAP . Ordered online at this location so as to go through the drive thru and keep it moving. They got my order. My name was on the bag, the side of chips and queso was correct. I just left this place 30 minutes ago and I went in 1 hour before they were supposed to close. So I see that they were cleaning the kitchen but it was 3 people working behind the counter. 1 on the register, 1 cleaning the grill for the tortilla and another was making a bowl for her self I guess cause it wasn't for me or a customer cause their wasn't anybody in front of me. So waited to be served for 10 mins the worker wasn't doing anything but talking and the cashier that these 2 girls told me that was supposed to help me came over and started doing other thing than to help me as a customer. You arrive to pick up your order and they don't have it and on one occasion, it took two weeks and a call to the home office to get a refund. 11-25-2023 6:00 to 6:50pm. We entered with two customers before us. We waited approximately 10mins to be able to order. My son requested his order first and then me. When I ordered the chicken they told me we had to wait or have to pay more for a protein I did not want. I asked to wait. They then wanted me to pay for my food before I received it and I felt like they may not be able to fulfill the request so I refused. They then ran out of white rice. After 15mins they were able to provide the chicken. While waiting to finish my order they proceed to pour liquid cheese into a cup over my order dripping it into my food. Since there wasn't any more rice I asked nicely please don't drop the cheese into my food. She told me the cheese wasn't for me still not paying any attention to her actions. I finally got to the register she rang it up and I asked for chips. She told me the price and I ran my card while she went for the chips. She came back with the chips and asked me to pay an additional $2 for the chips. I told her I ran it and don't want to run it again so no chips just give me my two entrees. She then got a manager and said they deleted the charge rerang the two entrees up and wanted me to run my card again. I was really frustrated with cold food, liquid cheese dripped into my order that I did not want, and having to run my card twice for the same thing. I gave up on even asking for chips. If I was the manager I would have offered a different protein for the same price or comp the chips it would have been easier faster and happier. I even asked my 13-year old son if he was manager what he would do and he said comp the chips or free drinks. Now we won't return to this location read more

If I could give no stars, I would. We went to this location around 6pm on Sat, Sept 2 and our first clue should have been that it was filthy. It was hot so sitting outside was not an option so we wiped down a table to eat. They were out of romaine so I was told I could not get a salad, out of white rice (told it would be 25 minutes to make it), and the steak, chicken and veggies were cold. That did it for us, we will never go to a Chipotle again. The quality at many locations is not close to what it used to be. We work too hard to spend $38 on food that was cold. We (three of us) had a few bites and threw the rest away. We are sorry that we didn't ask to speak with a manager but we can only assume there was no manager on-site since there was no romaine and no white rice. One would assume a manger would be on top of it. Like another commenter said, there are plenty of other places to eat. Stay clear of this Forney location unless you don't mind throwing money away. read more
