I just started going back to this one again. Normally we drive to the one in Terrell as it has better portions. I went in today and I had to ask the server for extra everything. This was the skimpiest burrito bowl I have ever ordered. I even told her it was so bad I was going to leave a review. The brown rice was not cooked. The kids meal was incorrect, ordered a chicken quesadilla and got two flour tortillas and no chicken. The robot system compensated a free kids meal and a drink. That doesn't make for a Ruined bowl, due to uncooked chicken. Called the store and could never get a representative. read more

New chipotle in town. Nothing really else to say, it's chipotle. Really cool thing they have here is a drive through window, also called a "Chipotlane". Clever and creative name. It's only online orders and orders through the app that the chipotlane is available. You cannot order through the chipotlane. read more

Ughhhhh! I don't know why I try to give Chipotle the benefit of the doubt and go back! That'll be changing ASAP . Ordered online at this location so as to go through the drive thru and keep it moving. They got my order. My name was on the bag, the side of chips and queso was correct. The meal was completely wrong. Figured I'd take the survey and also reach out to the direct location bc $14 is steep for the wrong order! Sent a picture and everything. Based on the receipt number they SHOULD be able to tell that what I ordered and what was in the picture was NOT the same thing. I just left this place 30 minutes ago and I went in 1 hour before they were supposed to close. So I see that they were cleaning the kitchen but it was 3 people working behind the counter. 1 on the register, 1 cleaning the grill for the tortilla and another was making a bowl for her self I guess cause it wasn't for me or a customer cause their wasn't anybody in front of me. So waited to be served for 10 mins the worker wasn't doing anything but talking and the cashier that these 2 girls told me that was supposed to help me came over and started doing other thing than to help me as a customer. As a employee you are to stop whatever you are doing to help that customer it was unacceptable for me to be waiting that so long to be served. read more

Chips are usually stale and the food is always so BLAND. I don't think they use any seasoning. Its almost always terrible. This is 5 min away but I rather drive to a further one that prepares the food better. read more

It took us 2 times going up there and 2 hours later and our order was still not right. First they said they didn't have the order but it had been charged. So, we ordered again. Then they shorted us 2 bowls. Then went over and the young lady completely ignored me standing there. The 2nd time I stopped her and she asked me what I needed. They had the other bag under the counter. The bowls were not even close to correct. After remaking them we took them home. They had put so much hot sauce on them we couldn't eat them. One of the worst Chipotle locations around. On line ordering has been down several times, but they continue to take orders and not disable it. You arrive to pick up your order and they don't have it and on one occasion, it took two weeks and a call to the home office to get a refund. Me and my wife both have co-vid. We are very limited on what we can do because getting up and cooking is not a option at the moment. We decided to order from Uber And have it delivered. They forgot our sons tacos to the shortness of the story. Food was good but it's not hard to mess up chipotle. So customer service comes into play in this factor. I give it a 1 star. 11-25-2023 6:00 to 6:50pm. We entered with two customers before us. We waited approximately 10mins to be able to order. My son requested his order first and then me. When I ordered the chicken they told me we had to wait or have to pay more for a protein I did not want. I asked to wait. They then wanted me to pay for my food before I received it and I felt like they may not be able to fulfill the request so I refused. They then ran out of white rice. After 15mins they were able to provide the chicken. While waiting to finish my order they proceed to pour liquid cheese into a cup over my order dripping it into my food. Since there wasn't any more rice I asked nicely please don't drop the cheese into my food. She told me the cheese wasn't for me still not paying any attention to her actions. I finally got to the register she rang it up and I asked for chips. She told me the price and I ran my card while she went for the chips. She came back with the chips and asked me to pay an additional $2 for the chips. I told her I ran it and don't want to run it again so no chips just give me my two entrees. She then got a manager and said they deleted the charge rerang the two entrees up and wanted me to run my card again. I was really frustrated with cold food, liquid cheese dripped into my order that I did not want, and having to run my card twice for the same thing. I gave up on even asking for chips. If I was the manager I would have offered a different protein for the same price or comp the chips it would have been easier faster and happier. I even asked my 13-year old son if he was manager what he would do and he said comp the chips or free drinks. Now we won't return to this location read more

If I could give no stars, I would. We went to this location around 6pm on Sat, Sept 2 and our first clue should have been that it was filthy. It was hot so sitting outside was not an option so we wiped down a table to eat. They were out of romaine so I was told I could not get a salad, out of white rice (told it would be 25 minutes to make it), and the steak, chicken and veggies were cold. That did it for us, we will never go to a Chipotle again. The quality at many locations is not close to what it used to be. We work too hard to spend $38 on food that was cold. We (three of us) had a few bites and threw the rest away. We are sorry that we didn't ask to speak with a manager but we can only assume there was no manager on-site since there was no romaine and no white rice. One would assume a manger would be on top of it. Like another commenter said, there are plenty of other places to eat. Stay clear of this Forney location unless you don't mind throwing money away. read more

I've been here a lot and they used to do a good job but the last two times I ordered extra rice/extra beans there was less than what one scoop would be. ridiculous. Wanted to buy my family dinner because I'm exhausted. Everyone said Chipotle when I asked where. I will never give Chipotle another penny. I ordered online for the drive through pickup window. My husband stopped to get our order but was handed 2 very large bags. When he asked for an itemized receipt so he could check everything the girl at the window said "no,we don't do that" my husband asked her if she wanted to know if our order was right and she responds "I don't give a f**k" and got her floor manager to the window who threatened to call the police. My husband came home with 2 bags of other peoples food. He went back with the wrong food and was yelled at some more and the actual manager came out finally and gave him our food. All the while the floor manager and cashier continued to talk about how they didn't give a f**k. When he went to leave the floor manager was actually on the phone with the police, while the cashier made sure to tell my Husband one more time how she still didn't give a f**k. These people are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to caring and or customer service. Don't bother. read more
