There were quite a few bits of cooked egg throughout the pasta and there was also hardly any cheese. Instead of a rich, creamy Carbonara flavor, the pasta just didn't have much flavor. I also got the Pineapple and Coconut Entremet. It was good but there wasn't really anything special about it. It was essentially the same coconut crémeux that they've used before, with pineapple. I've tried quite a few of their entremets at this point so maybe that's part of the reason I felt that way. If they come out with a new flavor of crémeux though, I'll definitely want to try it! I didn't get the Iced Mocha Latte this time but that was because the last time I ordered one, I couldn't taste any mocha at all. Even the color looked different. It looked more like a regular latte. I went back and asked if it was actually a mocha and I was told that it was but I honestly didn't think it was. I've had their Iced Mocha Latte many times so I know how it looks and what it normally tastes like. I also haven't seen the person who used to make the lattes anymore. I really loved the ones he made and hope he still works there! There seem to be so many new faces every time we visit now and I rarely see anyone who used to work there.
