Speaker goes silent......after I guess he realizes we are still sitting there says "it's not ready, can you go to the curbside pick up?" During our wait not 1 car came through the drive through so why could we have not waited at the window. We contemplated counseling our order and just ordering through the drive-through. Doesn't this defeat the entire purpose if I'm having to wait extended periods of time to get the same food? They weren't surprised of the order. There must have been special chicken for mobile orders that we were unaware of. I had to end up going inside after waiting 10 minutes in the curbside pickup. After finally being acknowledged by someone I behind the counter they asked my name and said I had a mobile order and it was sitting over by the window the whole time instead of bringing it out. Good business plans (mobile ordering) is only good if you have capable staff to operate them. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this Zaxbys and we be sure to avoid in the future.

I observed other unhappy customers, even a lady who walked in after ordering a Diet Coke from the drive-thru. She was not happy that her drink was flat and she asked for a refund. No cash drawer at the counter. No one even came to refill the carbonation at the drink dispenser. She waited for a few minutes and then left without her refund. I heard a very loud employee complaining about the place being understaffed and how she was "just gonna walk out." Doubt I will ever stop there again. At least the fries were fresh and delicious!
