There must have been special chicken for mobile orders that we were unaware of. I had to end up going inside after waiting 10 minutes in the curbside pickup. After finally being acknowledged by someone I behind the counter they asked my name and said I had a mobile order and it was sitting over by the window the whole time instead of bringing it out. Good business plans (mobile ordering) is only good if you have capable staff to operate them. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this Zaxbys and we be sure to avoid in the future.

No cash drawer at the counter. No one even came to refill the carbonation at the drink dispenser. She waited for a few minutes and then left without her refund.
