I had stopped by as traveling in the past and i remember it was so perfect for a fast food spot. This time though( which has been a few years now) was likely the worst fast food place. The one server lady was super kind but I wish she would go work somewhere else. She's a lot higher level than this place. Workers were rude... every time we tried to order she would interrupt and say "is that it?" Asked for sauces when we ordered then when we asked for them at the window lots of eye rolling . Asked for some ketchup said " it's in the bag" gave us 2 packets for 4 meals. She forgot to give us the frosty and went back in to get it and the lady who didn't give us the frosty was staring my husband down mad. Up too early, driving too long (but I did stop a couple times to see neat things in Tejas) and still have a few more miles ahead but it's been two and a half states since breakfast so here I am in a deserted Wendy's looking for something burgery to tide me over. Got a sack o' food consisting of a medium sized bacon cheese burger, some bird chunks, fries and a drink... quick and well executed but that's kinda the point. Ordinarily would have tried to remember subbing a baked potatoe for something and dealing with the up-charge but on big drives proteins, fats, and coffee are my friends. It's a nice clean quiet property to linger a few and finish up some postcards and get them mailed. This place is not worth a picture and I strongly recommend that you choose somewhere else to eat at. HORRIBLE!!!!! This was the dirtiest and most unwelcoming Wendy's that I've ever been too. No one greetings us. The cashier didn't want to take our order and was complaining about being told he had to take our orders by another employee to take our orders. The cashier was on the phone and seemed bothered that he actually had to work while being at work. (Imagine that) And the cashier never washed his hands when he went behind the counter from sitting in the dining area to take our orders then to bag the fries. They didn't have any napkins, salt, pepper, ketchup, etc., out and all the containers were empty and almost every table in Wendy's was dirty. We even had to clean and wipe our own tables just to sit down. I was so turned off that I couldn't even eat anything. They original burgers that they tried to give us was old, cold, and dried out. (Why would they attempt to give anyone something that no one would eat?) This place is too dirty to serve anyone and the atmosphere just felt unclean and unkept. Yuck! read more

I was traveling and I stopped to eat, it was 8:30 pm and the store was closed! I met with the employee who said that only Drive was open! I maneuvered and went to the Drive, waited 5 minutes and no one answered... I went to the window to be served and there was no one there either! I am hard of hearing...these workers are terrible. They have missing teeth. I couldn't understand them all. They did not have grilled chicken. Only classic chicken. I got the order and the woman with no teeth came and ask for my name and he did not give me the name order. They were mocking me and I don't give the da$n! This location looks pretty new as the place looks very tidy and clean, until you decide to use the bathroom as this was a pit stop for my road trip. The food is standard of a fast food chain, but it seems to be better quality from other Wendy's chain I've eaten at. The staff are really friendly, did not appear miserable and wanted to annoyed. What caught me by surprise was how fast the food came out after I placed it. It probably took them 30 seconds for the food to be spit out. Helps me get back on the road faster. No chicken nuggets first of all (they had spicy) they are KNOWN for there chicken nuggets and you don't have them. No BBQ sauce. People love BBQ you need it. Would give negative stars if possible. Employees were told to no longer take orders. People were told that there were no forks. They also said they forgot to order the ketchup for the day. The bathroom was covered floor to ceiling in water and used Q-tips. The drink dispenser had a border of paper towels and about a gallon of water spilled all over the place. I've eaten here a few times since they opened late last year I believe. The fries are hot, the lemonade is fresh, and my favorite spicy chicken sandwich is always good. Three stars though because the sandwich was a little on the cool side, probably from sitting on the counter while the fries were cooking... The staff has always been friendly, and is usually different each time I've been. The store has been clean each time and parking is plenty. I will eat here again.
