Good service and good burgers. Great stop after a swim meet before heading home. And they have curbside service!

This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had. I just ordered some fries to go. Should have gotten them instantly. Ordered at 12:04. Receieved at 12:19 At one point I asked the poor cashier to please grab my fries and the manager actually made her dump them!!!! It would have been faster to go through the drive through. Wait time for food is horrible and the service isn't any better. You can do order ahead and you food will still not be ready

Whataburger took a while to prepare our order. It had to be fresh. Child... after eating that burger, I craved one for the next week. What mighty addictive concoction was this burger laced with? The meat was fresh and seasoned well. It held its own without any added condiments. The lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions only served to accent the fabulous burger. Delicious! When I go south, again, I'm getting one of their burgers. I can do without the fries. The onion rings were tasty. I'll be back! read more

Took 30 minutes to get our food. You would think it would be hot taking that long but it was cold. Service was awful.

We popped into this Whataburger for a quick meal as we traveled. The customer service was very attentive and the food was hot and fresh. It was my husband's first time and he liked his double cheeseburger. I have fond memories of this burger joint, and I wasn't disappointed at this location. read more

11:30am, Sunday, 5.15.2022 Have been looking forward to a Whataburger, since living in Texas, early 1980s. Very clean dining area w/ clean restrooms. Counters very clean. Near condiment area. Gracious cashier. Order was right. Served #81, then #80 (ours), then the folks front of us, #79. Food was good, but would have been nice for burger to be hot...fries hot, very cold burger. Sweet tea was bitter. Suggest to taste when putting tea out. Sidewalk has dried sticky liquid near front door that looks to have been there for a while. Needs washing. Will try again, next time we pass that way. read more

Why did they do me like this?? I called them to tell them to try the sandwich, drenched with sauce.. let me know how the experience turns out. Thank Gawd I am not going anywhere- this is so messy. Whataburger - a half eaten donut in a wrapper - Burgers Near Me - Brewton, Alabama

This used to be pretty much the only place in town you could count on to get orders correct, have fresh food, and if they did mess up they cared and fixed it. Tonight is probably the 5th time in a row they've screwed up our order. They're officially just another sorry fast food place that will manage to survive here because we simply don't have anything else. We asked if they had a BLT and they said they did. We spent over $25 on two meals and they put literally 1 and 1/2 pieces of bacon on it (see picture) and managed to put everything we didn't want on the burger. I'm tired of spending money at these places in town that just do not care even a little bit. We took the BLT back and that girl couldn't have cared less. She didn't look at it, apologize or even attempt to pretend she cared. She just gave us back $6 and some change. Which by the way I have no idea if that was even right because they didn't give us a receipt. And it also begs the question if my entire meal was only $6 then that means I was charged over $20 for one combo and 2 milkshakes. No wonder they aren't giving receipts to customers. read more

Wife waited over 40 minutes for an order that was already supposed to be done. Watched as other cars pulled up and recieved their orders then when my wife asked where her order was the worker caught an attitude. Wife finally got her food and it wasn't even close to what she ordered. read more

Slowest WB that I've ever been in, although the employees were nice enough. There was one table of four people already there when I walked in, nobody ahead of me, and no line. I ordered a patty melt, a Whataburger Jr., and a drink. Over 10 minutes later, my food comes out and the patty melt had onions on it, when I explicitly requested the sandwich without those. The WB Jr. had no onions, so I took the patty melt back and ate that. Almost 10 minutes later, my onion-free patty melt arrived, with a free order of french fries. Seriously, for the place not being busy, there's no reason for it to take that long to get some food. I hate having to beg for ketchup, too. Put some damned ketchup at the fountain drink station. :-/ read more

I've never had a problem here before but one day about two weeks ago as I was on my lunch break, I went to whataburger with a coupon. I accidentally hand the woman at the window a wrong coupon and she lets me know, so I find the right one and hand it back. All while this was going on, the manager on duty ( Crystal ) decided to be extremely rude to not only me, but the employees surrounding her. She was super unprofessional and critical. This whataburger will not be getting my service anymore sadly after many years of being a faithful customer. read more

It's a Whataburger. Nothing more. Nothing less. My experiences have shown a pattern of incorrect orders while using their drive-thru. More times than not, after carefully speaking my order and having their employees reciting it back to me, when I get to the window to pay, I have to sort things back out. read more

I've always had a good experience at the Brewton Whataburger. They're polite and I don't think they've ever messed up my order. They've even made it a point to compliment my daughter when she was a toddler for being well-behaved inside and gave her a free treat, which I thought was very sweet of them. They also get you through the drive-thru in a timely manner. read more

Only reason for 5stars is they get it in screwing up your order first I had to repeat it like 5 times oh they got it right on the receipt but they need to send them cooks to school and learn how to read always get my mushroom Swiss burger without sauce and well it got screwed up again. This is my all time favorite fast food place. They have great tasting burgers. Always get cheese burger with jalapeños. They deliver the food to your table and it's just a great service. I so wish there were more Whataburgers and closer too me but it's a great treat while traveling south! read more

Check your order close.. Ive ordered justaburgers with no pickles, I get home and all They had was mustard on them where's my onions??? This has happened 3 different times!!! They done the same thing for a 4th time, I took them back in and they added the onions but they were cold by the time I started to eat them!
