First of all, I want to start off with saying, that I would give them 0 stars if possible. Anyhow, I went to the drive thru of the Mcdonalds in Brewton, and there were other cars in front of me , it was a standstill for at least 10 to 15 minutes , I was about to drive off and take my business else where, I should have went with that thought , but instead I waited, And boy did I pay for it. Got to the window and got my food, Got home , the bread on my burger was hard, And the fries were not even hot. They were at best cold and some of them were dare i say, rock solid. I did not enjoy the service there at all . Well, I know im not going back there anytime soon. And I don't recommend anyone else going there either unless they are okay with mid service and mid food. I went to the Brewton McDonald's at 10:55 pm The Inside is closed and nobody was at the at the drive thru second window after I paid for for order.. I ordered a BigMac & Fries with no drink... After I Paid I went to the pickup window.. Absolutely nobody in sight for 5 minutes.. it's like they were closed and nobody was there. I never saw a person moving on the inside... After 5 minutes I blow my horn three or four times.. this brings two people into my sight.. The one that come to the window acts like he don't know why I'm blowing the horn so I ask him about my order and telll him it's been over 5 mins.. He responds by saying they are waiting on the fries... 2 minutes later they bring me my food.. I tried a fry as soon as it was handed to me as anyone else would and My fries were cold.. absolutely nowhere near just being cooked.. This is absolutely unacceptable.. This McDonald's located in brewton al is absolutely disgusting. I ordered 2 medium size Carmel coffees And they had flees on there cups. And there floors we so slippery I almost slipped. They then proceeded to to not call out my order but simply just place it on the counter hoping I would look there way. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!. Check your order before you leave! Lately, my order has been completely wrong and/or missing items. I'm currently waiting for my missing nuggets and it's already been over 45 minutes and I'm still having to wait! They won't even fix my previous order they got completely wrong because I didn't keep the receipt but I brought back the bag and incorrect items. Also, you can't go by the closing time on any sites because they close several hours before. It may not be a big deal if you live locally, but for people like myself who live 20 minutes away, it's a huge pain to get all of the way home, go to eat, only to realize you didn't get what you ordered, and then drive all the way back, just to come back to a store that has closed hours before the time posted for that location. Update: After almost an hour, I finally got my missing nuggets and they are freaking cold! I mean not even under the heat lamp for the last hour or even luke warm. The food was good, however, it took almost 10-15 minutes to complete order. The mocha frappe was late in coming. The bathrooms were not clean, neither was the area of drink machine and napkins. The exterior trash container, at the entrance door, had over flowing trash, even on the ground. I reported these cleanliness issues to the register employee. The wait always takes forever, even if I'm the only car or there's 10 cars in front of me. The lady at the drive through is always rude and unprofessional and basically screams at you throughout the machine. read more

Honestly, what I would expect for a McDonalds. Staff was very friendly and quick to provide me my order (which was correct). I also used a coupon on my visit and it went through with ease. I only did drive thru and cannot speak for the inside, but I did see the Libby was open via their sign outside. My food was overall good. read more

the service was horrible we came in at 6:10 and there was only one person in the store so we went in the drive thru and they gave us our order we ordered a mc chicken no shredded lettuce Mc nuggets sweet and sour sauce 2 mc double ketchup only 2 large fries ranch and a bigMac, the first time we left they didnt put any sauces and after i investigated further after we got the sauces i realized we didn't have the big Mac either so we turned around again to go and get the big Mac, I do not recommend going to this location ever this has been a problem for YEARS and it has yet to improve even with months apart in visits​ read more

Me and my sister went through the drive the this morning, we were next in line to get our food. The lady at the window gave this car a bag, they then looked in the bag and turns out it wasn't there food so they handed the bag back to the lady at the window. They eventually got the correct bag, we were pulling up and turns out it was our bag that the lady handed to them and she gave us the same bag with the same food the other car had looked through, we then asked the lady "was that our bag you just handed that car then got back?" The lady straight up lied and said "no ma'am it wasn't". When me and my sister clearly saw the lady give them the back then get it back and sit it by the window to give to us. Food fresh for McDonalds. Staff want too knowledgeable about what it serves. Couldn't figure out how to pull it up on the screen to tell me what's on the Burger. Dining room is clean, nice music, and a couple of TVs. Good quick lunch. read more
