If I could give them no stars, I would. The worst service. Spent over 40 minutes here. Everyone there as we waited had their order wrong. Employees were defensive. Even after the manager remade our food (after she said she was too busy - the restaurant was NOT busy), it was still wrong. We had tacos with no lettuce, tacos with no meat, and after four times trying to get a basic order, we finally left with nacho cheese, no fries, no chips. The hard shell taco had barely food on the shell, overflowing off the edge. Go to sonic next door. This was incredible as to how bad it was across the board. Also, the cook with the tattoos all over his face was totally disrespectful and admitted to making our order wrong because he was frustrated after the first time they gave us the wrong order. No carbonation in drinks, internet was down so couldn't refund cards. I've never seen anything as lazy and dysfunctional and rude as this, which is the only reason I even found it noteworthy to write a review. Go anywhere else. This place shouldn't be in business, it's a disgrace. read more

This taco bell has THE nicest employees! I come here every once in a while and they are always super nice and go out of their way to fix my order if it's ever wrong which is rarely. The food is like any other taco bell but the customer service is extraordinary! i've seen the bad reviews but they must have gotten a new group of employees within the past year. good job taco bell read more

This Taco Bell is honestly a different experience upon each and every visit. A lot of the time it tends to be out of at least one item I am trying to order- whether it's a Baja blast or even a hard shell. The food is the typical Taco Bell food that never seems to fail. Service is also hit or miss. There has been times it's the fast food it should be despite being busy or times I sit at the window for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I have rarely ever gotten an order correct from this waste of space. The workers are slow and don't care, they are always out of a ton of items, and you wait forever to get an order that is missing items almost every single time. We chose Brewton for our lunch stop because of it's beauty. Just a snack to get us by. Upon entering we noticed the outside trash bin was overflowing. Using the restrooms before ordering, we found them filthy, overflowing trash receptacles, out of towels etc. I can pretty well know all I need to know of a restaurant by the way they care for their restrooms. Horrible experience service was terrible no one helped us for about 10 minutes with no one inside the store. The food was cold and stale. Store was filthy and bathroom were dirty. Placed an online order for 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches with NACHO CHEESE SHELLS for which I paid extra. Never said a word about being out of them at the speaker or the window. Got home and they were the nasty plain shells. I'm furious. The service is horrible!! They stand around talking and laughing while your waiting for your order or doing TikTok videos! Came in last night and waited for 30 minutes for the order. The first 15 I kept hearing them in the very back laughing and yelling then one other guy that was sitting down eating while I waited finally came around the counter and said hey you habe two orders sitting here waiting. I have problems with this place every time I go, I only order from here cuz it's the only tacobell around. Never have any potato's for the spicy potato tacos, always get told to pull around to the front to wait even tho I ordered online like 30 mins prior. Most of the staff are rude except for a few cooks. I can't even count how many times they've messed up a simple dollar menu order. Just don't go here. Back then the food use to taste great. Customer service probably still needed some help. But now, it's just gone to crap. Very rude people, no customer service at all. Food taste like crap. There's a new person in there everyday it seems like. And I know a person who works at the Health Dept here in Brewton and they've said they also have maggots in their food here. Will not be going back to this Taco Bell ever again. Absolutely horrible! Nothing in my order was right. I EXCLUSIVELY STATED no tomatoes and explained I AM ALLERGIC and I was lathered up in tomatoes on both taco supreme's. I asked for bean and cheese burritos add onion and sour cream, got neither! The supremes were soggy and stale shelled. I waited in line paid 20.69 for my order and it was completely inedible and garbage! My dogs would even eat it! I called the store it rang and rang no answer and then the line went dead! I stopped going to Brewton Taco Bell over a year ago after I witnessed an employee do the #2 in the bathroom and walk out without washing his hands. I was in washing my hands before eating, and he flushed, walked right out of the stall and to his work area. Recently I noticed he now works at another food service in town. So I decided to check out taco bell again. The staff appeared to be bothered to have to wait the drive thru, as I waited by the window it was cell phones and clowning and job wasn't the priority. Today I visited Taco Bell with my kids , husband , & little brother around 1:00-1:20pm. I honestly try to avoid the place because every time that I have been they are either out of something or mess up our order or the food isn't fresh not to mention the terrible customer service at that. And you would think for employees that are standing around on their cell phones you would have the ability to clean the store and make food in a timely manner. So today when I went in as you all know Taco Bell states that they offer free Wi-Fi. So you offer public Wi-Fi but when my little brother came in with his computer to update his computer in order to do his online schooling ( PENNFOSTER ) for an essay he has due because he was out of hotspot. He explained what he was doing and he was very respectful. About 8 to 10 minutes later another employee steps out and asked to see our identification in order to use their public Wi-Fi which seemed a bit odd coming from a fast food employee who makes $400 biweekly and a bit out of your pay grade and has no business asking for my driver license. You're not the police but I explained he was a child and showed them mine with no issue at all because I really didn't think nothing of it an didn't realize they were about to cause a scene over the matter. She told us he had to put it up and of course he asked why and the only explanation that was given was it's not a phone so he agreed to do so. He proceeded to shut it off an attempt to finish his food I purchased for everyone and not even 5 mins later the lady who wouldn't give me her name came back out with her general manager on the phone who refused to state her name but instead mocked my little brother and had an attitude with him stating that if he didn't leave she would call the police on him. At this point we are confused because we've complied and have been respectful this entire time and I've got a " grown woman " acting like a high schooler on the phone threatening my little brother so at this point I say something about her attitude because she's not being professional by no means which is no surprise you can tell Taco Bell is desperate to hire anyone. So once again we agree nicely.. I get my kids food bagged up as we weren't allowed to finish it and loaded them up. I proceeded to request a card with names on it so that I could get this situation resolved with corporate Monday as they didn't have the mental capacity to do so then nor the professionalism. They all refused to give me a name which is no big deal because I recognized one of the girls that were working there from when I was in school. When I asked for the general managers name the employee who wouldnt name her self said she already gave it to you and I told her no she did not that I needed it and they wouldn't actually give me her name they gave me a nickname ( MiMi ) but when I talked to my brother he said he was able to see her name on the cell phone whenever she was on speakerphone which I believe is either Demetria or something to that effect. This was very unnecessary and every last employee there that lacks any home training or customer skills needs to be fired or better educated as far as what public WiFi means. We were respectful the entire time and got nothing but attitude and grief off of these people. So after we left I called the Taco Bell over in Atmore Alabama and the other one in Bay Minette Alabama and explained the situation and that he needed to update his Computer to finish his essay and they said yes he could but they didn't know if their Wi-Fi would be fast enough but he was more than welcome to so tell me why there was an issue at this one but two other Taco Bell's have no problem other than it seemed a bit discriminatory. But I promise you Monday morning I will be calling corporate and something will be done about the situation because it was unnecessary and uncalled for. Anyhow he was able to go get it updated after calling and sat there for 30 mins with no issue from anyone at all. read more

Well where too start, when they have the ingredients their food is good, not great, but good luck getting anything you had in mind. They're practically always out of half their menu and the drive thru is horrid, no matter who they have on the Drive thru they'll take their time getting to you and forever to tally up your order and will shut the window in your face before you can ask for sauce or tell them you're missing something which has happened four out of six times for me. read more
