My family picked out a few items and went to check out. The man at the register did not look up from his cpu to acknowledge us or even to say I'll be with you in a minute. No one else was in the store. We started to feel awkward so my husband made a comment like well we got our chocolates so we are ready to go. He continued to look at his cpu and then started to ring up our items. I honestly felt like walking out about a second before he started to check us out. It was just not a good feeling at all.

We did however just found out most Winn Dixie stores are being bought from Aldi stores by April. They will get rid of the bakery, meat dept. And deli. There will still be a few Winn Dixies left.
