Adequate food because how can you screw up McDonald's. I know the South is known for sweet tea but some can't handle it. Worst unsweetened tea ever. The rating is more for the staff and for others who experienced problems. While sitting there multiple people had their orders incorrect. read more

Need to clean Restrooms! Very nasty bathrooms don't know if I would trust the food here whatsoever

Food was cold and the person at the window was rude. Besides demanding my order she never said hi, thank you, you're welcome, have a nice day, or the cost of my order. I later noticed when checking my banking activity that they had charged me $5.43 for an egg & cheese biscuit. No wonder she was silent, I would've been too ashamed to speak as well! Update- Horrible service added an hour to our trip. Waited 20 minutes for someone to get our order and then 20 minutes to pay. The lady who took our order had a whole convo about some "lady in the front who" did this and that" with a coworker before telling us to "pull up". The lady who gave us our food was also having a conversation in which she said "I'm tired of working myself like a dog" then shut the window in our faces. Incredibly slow service, dirty / unswept dining area, and employees who seemingly couldn't care less about helping customers at this location. We waited over 25 min for a simple order when they weren't even that busy for an early lunch. We saw several others have long waits too while we ate. The employees were very indifferent about how slow they were or the long waits most customers had. No one had cleaned the dining area for a while. Didn't have the decency to say that they weren't going to take orders, just ignored us until people left or tried to use kiosks. Those using the kiosks upset that things they ordered and paid for, weren't available for purchase. Had to wait in line that was being ignored to try to get a refund. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I never write reviews; however, this place was horrible! Nobody was waiting the counter for you to order. Instead you had to use the mobile machine in the lobby. The paper was out for the receipt and order number and nobody ever replaced it after many customers after me had the same issue. Once we got our order and noticed we didn't have ketchup I asked for some. I was then told they were out. NONE in the whole restaurant. No ketchup in McDonald's?! What on earth. Ok, so could we get some kind of sauce? Nope not unless you paid extra. The ladies restroom also did not have toilet paper. This McDonald's is located off of I-65. Although they were very busy today, the line moved quickly and the food was served pretty quickly as well. The beverages were fine, the sandwich was a bit messy when we opened it. The staff was nice enough. This is a good location if you are hungry and don't want to venture further down to Mobile or go to far off of the exit. read more

Understaffed to the point where they need to shut down until they can hire enough workers to operate effectively. I waited 45 minutes to get an ice cold meal. The store was out of many items but the kiosk still let you order the out of stock items. This caused huge problems and slowed things down even more, especially considering that they were so short staffed that there were no registers open. You could only order through the kiosks. One star only because zero isn't an option!! Went thru the drive thru and used a code for a free kids meal from the app. The cashier took my phone which I use to pay for my purchase. Once I finished my food and seen the receipt I noticed that the kids meal was not taken off, I went back and requested a refund and the store refused, a girl in the drive thru window said that because the cashier rang the items up separately that the code wouldn't work and that they would not refund the money. This is the worst McDonald's in the country. I can confidently say that since I travel all over the country. We made an order on the app and was given a dry burger that wasn't what we ordered. We were told "we don't make that burger". The fries were all salt free, and we were told that they are "out of salt". The drinks in the machine, half were "out" or no syrup in them. There was no artificial sweetener for the tea. I'm diabetic and have sodium issues. I can't have the diet drinks. But there are no other choices here. The entire staff were playing in the back, dancing and singing and not giving any kind of decent customer service. When asked TWICE for our cups for drinks, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. No one would take our complaints or offer to fix the problem at all. Won't be back!! read more

worst mcdonald's i have ever been to. first time, i got a cold cinnamon roll. it was hard and completely awful i couldn't even eat it. second time, we had ordered and she didn't even listen and asked us to repeat it. then we pulled up to the window to get our food and got asked 3 times what food was ours. it was terrible. the coffee wasn't good, and the eggs weren't cooked through, and the hash browns were soggy. i will never eat here again. read more

We visited plenty of McDonald's around the world and have never been treated like we were today, Absoulte ridiculous we placed an order we were missing a few items they told us we had to back around to correct it so got off instead and received zero cusps service and racial comments about "y'all kind of people, fixing to make me quit" simply because we wanted the Missing items in our order. Terrible, they got my order wrong and my Big Mac bun was as hard as cardboard, and the meat was cold. Half the fries were hot the others were cold. I didn't complain or ask them to fix it because they seem like the kind of folks that would spit on your food. Our burgers were made correctly and fast. They didn't skimp on ketchup or napkins. We were able to get back on the road fast.

Don't go here if you want service. Sit at the drive through for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, finally think something is wrong with the speaker so pull around. I've been in the restaurant industry for years & haven't been this impressed by customer service in a long time. Her staff was on top of their game & kept the place up like none other. I'd I could give this place a negative eating I would. Had I not been in the car with my 2 year old for the past 3 hours we would have eaten in the car. You walk in and it's filthy. Trash all over the floor salt and ketchup all over every table. One chair has caution tape wrapped around it like a crime scene. I said my order to the cashier as she looked at me ...once I finished she asked if I could repeat it. I stood at the register for 15 minutes ordering before we ever got to the payment situation. She typed in 20 I gave a 50 and her and a manager I'm assuming could not figure out how much change was owed to me and proceeded to ask me to pay with a different form of payment. I told her that she needed to ad 30 dollars to the difference of the 20 and I was basically stared at for another 5 minutes. They ender up giving me 6 less than I was owed because I'm not paid to teach basic mathematics to McDonald's. I was extremely frustrated and once I finally got my food 10 minutes after that my meal had no fries with it and we still had no drinks and my happy meal had no toy. I will never come back to this location and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. My blood pressure was through the roof. There's a burger king right across the way so maybe They re better and can perform basic job function. read more
