It was so tough and dry that I had a hard time cutting through it. Also, it was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. How's in the food cold during lunch rush?!? Now I'm wondering do they think it gets heated properly under lightbulbs? Carrots - okay. Broccoli salad - who puts those 1980's crusty, fake red bacon bits in food? Have you never had real bacon?!? Now understand, I love bread. You can ruin the food, but if you're a bakery (plus restaurant) then you have to have good bread, right? Wrong. So so wrong.
