Red Flag #4: I got country fried steak with gravy, broccoli salad, carrots and Mexican cornbread. I'm not sure what country this country fried steak is from but it's not this country. It was so tough and dry that I had a hard time cutting through it. Also, it was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. How's in the food cold during lunch rush?!? Now I'm wondering do they think it gets heated properly under lightbulbs? Carrots - okay. Broccoli salad - who puts those 1980's crusty, fake red bacon bits in food? Have you never had real bacon?!? Now understand, I love bread. You can ruin the food, but if you're a bakery (plus restaurant) then you have to have good bread, right? Wrong. So so wrong. I don't know how old that Mexican cornbread was, but it had an AARP membership. At this point, I've lost count of the red flags and have spiraled into despair.
