I am going to assume that you do not know about Local Thyme. It has just opened. The baker, Caleb puts a list of the items he wants to make for the week online and you place your order. He then will drop it off at Aragon Wine Market on Thursday nights when they have their free wine tastings. This went super smoothly the first time but not so much the last time. It appears that the person who was helping Caleb forgot to bring our order. My wife reached out to Caleb at around 6pm. He was at Aragon and said to our surprise that he would be right out to the house with our order. W-W-W what? Yep! Caleb drove the 20 minutes to our house, there is a toll, just to be sure that we got our order! Wow! Old school service, and the bread was fantastic too? Crazy........ So I get to work this morning and I am listening to one of my coworkers talk about this business she is trying to work with who is giving her the run around and not getting back to her.
