This is a pretty good relaxed restaurant. Their various deals during the week are good (especially for wings and boneless wings) and their drinks aren't bad. They have an impressive margarita menu, but the beer selection wasn't that most interesting. I've been there a few times and the food is pretty good. The dining room can get a bit loud, but that's not surprising given that it can get pretty full at times. There are a few little things here and there that make me not give it full stars, but if you're in the area, they're definitely a good place to keep in mind for lunch or dinner. This wing daddies is of a great concern!! We live close by and have come here many times. The last 4months has been hell. Bad service, waiting up to 30 min to even get acknowledged, stench, sticky floor, cold food, hot beer, attitude, and what else....... common what a circus here. I stopped by to pick up food in the drive thru tonight and when I went to sign my credit card receipt I noticed the girl helping me had circled & put a smiley face on the tip line as if she was demanding a tip. My family has all worked in the food service industry hence I definitely know how to tip appropriately and it's definitely not great service etiquette. This place is THE WORST place in El Paso, a pack of immature girls run the place. Let me tell you about fraud. I placed a carry out order, they left off one of the entrees. I came back an hour later, asked for a compensation. Young girl claiming to be a manager handed me a new receipt, still processed the old bill, with the old tip. Fraud. I went back later to find her and show her transaction. She told me to get out. I asked her for her name, she refused. I tried to take her picture, she threatened to call the police. That's a level of crazy I don't need. I'm Not playing that silly game. I'm just reporting the fraud. Just know, if you ask to see the manager to resolve something and you get some twenty-something who won't give you her name, it's a pack of waitresses covering each other. Started off great, they were adhering to the 25% occupancy and had their tables spread out so we didn't feel uncomfortable being close to other people. Then came the appetizers. Funky fries were good. Sleezeballs were cold in the middle. No big deal. Ordered a second round of beers like usual, and then got our wings. Lemon peppers were on point. But then the catastrophe happened... right before my buddy took a drink of his beer, he saw lipstick marks covering half of the rim of the glass. Food is good but mixed drinks are made clearly by an inexperienced bartender. The margaritas all look good on the menu but they are horrible, especially the frozen ones. The service at this particular Wing Daddy's is garbage. It a bunch of waitresses taking there time and floating through the work day without any regard to their customers. I've had a few not so great visits here but this time it was so great I had to post. I went and was greeted by two very nice ladies. They actually acknowledged me, knew what to do, and didn't just stand around. I was seated and my drink and orders were taken very quickly. My waitress, Janiece, was so friendly, nice, and attentive. I never ran out of drinks, she checked in my regularly, and was nice. She checked my order when she put it down and nothing was wrong. The food was also great. The wing bites were not overly greasy, the fries crispy, and the girly sauce was not dripping all over which is a first. The changes they've made make me want to come back. Just moved to El Paso from Phoenix and I love wings so we gave it a shot and we were not disappointed. The wings seemed pricey but when I got my meal the wings were HUGE and very filling. I've lived on the northeast side of town for nearly six years we've ate wing daddy's three times each time I picked up the food, the wings are ok for my husband but I don't like wings so I order hamburger or the steak sandwich well I don't think they know how to cook anything but the wings, or they don't care how the food that is for pickup leaves the restaurant. Waited the 15 minutes they said my order would take before heading over, I leave less than 2 minutes away. Sat at the drive through 35 minutes. The waitress truly was hustling so I don't blame her. By the time I got my food it was cold and soggy. I'm half way through my sandwhich when something didn't taste right. Found the sticker still on my tomatoe. You know they weren't washed at all! I always order to go from this location, every single time, they say it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes. It is never ready in time. It always take 30-45 minutes. I would stop going if I didn't like the wings. I have stopped ordering fries though. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes or more to get home and have cold fries. read more

Service was good. The "hot" wings came out cold and soggy and were not very hot. My wife had the fried shrimp with the parmesan garlic sauce. They were soaked in butter and grease. I will go back and give the wings another chance, but will go on a tuesday when wings are $.49. The burgers and sandwiches look good and will try that too.
