This place has always been here for the friend group and gave us food and have kind workers

The food was standard and met expectations. Unfortunately, the dining area was below standard. Most of the tables were vacant but had not been cleaned. The floor had a noticeable layer of dust along the corners, along with random pieces of trash. We sat in the dining area for about an hour, and during that time, we did not see an employee clean the tables or dining area between customers. The food was acceptable, but more attention to cleanliness and routine upkeep of the dining area would greatly improve the overall experience. Customer service read more

I really wish there was more to say, I always feel bad leaving reviews that are "meh", but I mean, these days, when reviewing a fast food place or gas station, either you have a lot to say because it was exceptionally terrible, or, it just was what it was... This place is as what it was, and will likely be what it'll be. Regular food. Prices increasing. More attention given to online/pickup/food delivery service orders than to the walk in customers. A fast food place that "specializes" in wings. That's what you'll get. If you expect more, ... I'd reevaluate the bar you set as far as expectations go lol read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - El Paso, Texas

The Wingstop on McCombs is great. Food is delicious and hot. Place is clean as well. At the moment it has a Halloween vibe that's cool. The employees are patient and always willing to help with decision making. Great job!! read more

I went in to order out. Ate 3 pieces about 7 minutes later. The chicken was not done, was tough. I brought food back to store a few hours later and a very rude unprofessional lady came to counter to argue and belittle me in front of all customers and employees. Even though they gave me a fresh cooked meal, i will never go back after being treated this way. Customers should always be treated with respect. She did not give her name. Very very horrible experience for me. read more

Cashiers are always super respectful and quick with their orders, they always make sure to greet when we walk in and say goodbye when we leave! The food is always prepared in a timely manner and in my experience has always been perfect! The store always has some good music playing and is always clean to standard. Great Wingstop overall read more

the staff here are always super friendly and the cooks know what they're doing!! i have to admit i'm very picky about my wings so i ask for them to always be super well done and they never disappoint! always hot, always crispy. the key is to have patience and i never mind the wait! i believe he was the manager on duty tonight, but he's always kind and making sure everyone has what they need, both customers and his team. the crew is very diligent in making sure the tables are wiped down, clean and that the soda machine is running and has ice. i love coming to this location and come here even though there are a few others closer to me. that's the type of good service they provide! 10/10 service here! read more

perfect in every way, food was good, place was clean, and staff was excellent service

One hour thirty minute wait to dine in.... meanwhile there was just one other couple dining in. Employee said this was the eta because they had a lot of online orders. I just don't understand why they haven't come up with a system to separate online vs dine in orders. We literally took the time to show up in person, get in line and patiently wait to be assisted. We just wanted to have a decent dinner to celebrate our friend/husband coming home from deployment. What's the point of having all those tables if you can't acomódate a decent wait time for dine in customers. read more

Super super long wait for a chicken sandwich fry and drink fries were good but the sandwich the bun was not soft and the chicken was only warm read more

Constantly forgetting items on order. Inconvenience coming back to store or getting a store credit. Just check and double check order before it leaves the store. read more

I told the cashier to make sure the fries and wings are crispy she never went and told them the fries were under cooked super soggy as well as the wings read more

Ordered take out at 6pm. 30 wings and some fries. Said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Get there at 6:30 pm and was told about 10 more minutes because they were behind. Sure no problem I can wait. 7:15pm comes and my food is FINALLY READY. Absolute BS! read more

I been waiting on my wings for a half hour , a 30 minute plus ticket time is ridiculous for just some This is not the first time. I need to order something to go but I rather not I'm gonna be here till midnight . read more

WORST location. Food is never ready at the time they tell you or even 30 minutes after the time they tell you! I've called to order multiple times & employees are joking around with each other while on the phone & mess up my order. I'd rather drive farther to dyer location to actually get my order in time & correctly. read more

Employees will talk to each other and laugh and joke while you wait 30 minutes for them to put your food in a bag.

Be prepared to wait 1hr and 30min+ on anything you order! This Wing Stop is so backed up constantly that they lose track of what has been completed and what isn't. Orders that are done are so inexplicably wrong that they have to redo to order entirely! If you like your food done in a reasonable amount of time, choose somewhere else to eat. read more

We order from Wing Stop once in awhile. The food is good. We placed our first delivery order and the order was incomplete. When I called they offered a credit but we needed our wings for that day. It was their mistake not ours. read more

I've ordered carry out twice., and have been pretty pleased. The wings were good, the bread was super fresh. However, the fries on both occasions we a bit soggy. I love the convenient location. read more

Food is always good in this location, it might take a little longer but as long as the food is good and fresh I don't mind waiting. Compared to the Wingstop on Dyer absolute bad experience there. But This location they're faster, fresh wings, good customer service. Good job guys! Keep up the good work! read more

waited for my order for over an hour. everyone in the store was waiting for a to go order as well. they are not efficient at all and on top of waiting they forgot the ranch with the order. if you are looking for hot ready to eat wings, I do not recommend. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had to wait over an hour for an 8 piece meal with only one customer in front of me. Customer service sucks and the place is dirty, floors are all sticky. This is the worst location and my food was cold too by the time I got it. read more

Slow. No customer service. Long wait even if the app tells you 38-40 minutes expect to wait over an hour!

I arrived at 5:05 and was told my order would take 20 minutes... 45 minutes later I got my food The "promised time" was 5:25 and I got it at 5:50. read more

Yuck. Haven't been to Wing Stop in a while and tonight i went in for the all in deal. I asked for wet wings . The wings i got weren't even completely covered in sauce let along wet wings . That was even the issues the wing wait to be picked up was 18-23mins i was at the store by 13 mins. The wings are COLD. Disgusting this place is brand New. No thanks, this is not a good wing stop I've had other locations and this is by far the worst possible one to get your wing stop fix. Do better Wing-stop . This restaurant isn't a good representation of what wing stop is supposed to be. read more

absolutely worst wing stop ever. placed an order via phone and waited 55 minutes. arrived for pickup and waited an additional 30 minutes. they did not season my food well and asked for extra seasoning and they half a*sed it. one employee was texting for 5 minutes. drink fountain was overfilled with ice and had soda splatter everywhere. restrooms were disgusting. all of this was in a span of 30 minutes. what a disgrace read more

Worst place ever. I got there at about 7:00 pm and they said the wait time would be about 30 minutes and i didn't get my food until 8:00 pm and one of the employees had the audacity to say "bye don't come back" worst place i've ever been to. read more

IDK. The odor of oil overwhelms when you walk in. There were four employees there all made eye contact but not one acknowledged us. When one of them did come to the counter, she answered the phone and still didn't acknowledge us. I thought because it is new it would be different but it's good to know that the service and everything is consistent for the company. With so many wing shops popping up, they may want to invest in customer service training. read more

I had a great experience at Wing Stop thanks to D:)'s amazing service. The food was perfect and made me want to come back for more. Highly recommended! read more

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes the wings are good and other times there horrible.

Absolutely the worst Wing Stop around. Employees are rude and act like customers are an inconvenient. Do NOT order to go or delivery from this place unless you are good with getting only part of your order and don't mind eating food that is old cold and reheated. The missing items are not just a mistake that sometimes happen, but the way they do business. It happens every single time. read more

Called 7 times, put on hold when I got through, was on hold for 15 minutes hung up called 2 more times got through, placed my order was told it's a 30 min wait set my timer for 20 mins a as it's a six minute drive get there early/on time and there's a line around the building. I walk in they tell me to get in line. I say even if it's for pickup? They say yea, gotta get in line.. there's 9 people in front of me line doesn't move for some time, foods getting cold, Taco Bell next door it is.. read more

I went in and ordered an 8pc wing meal, the cashier told me it would be around 18 minutes so I waited in full view of the cashier. I waited for almost an hour before I had to ask if I had been called, and my food was sitting there cold. I admit part of the blame I could've checked sooner, but cashier could've also checked up as I was sitting there for almost an hour. A little lacking in the customer service department. read more

It looked liked a good deal on the advertisement on Facebook. So, I decided to go ahead and wing it. We followed there guidelines when it came to picking up our order. After I paid, they told us to wait in our vehicle because there was four orders before ours. So, we waited. Then about 6 orders go out and 30 minutes later, we still didn't get our food. My husband went inside and out order was just sitting in the pick up area. Our food was not hot and it looked like something you get from a grocery store. Really disappointed for a first time visit. read more

So...I have no idea if the staff can read instructions from online orders?!?!?! Im dumbfounded that EVERY ORDER we've made from this location comes either OVER SEASONED when we ask for light seasoning, AND...its always wrong!!! Manager needs to do a quality control of his staff. Always wrong on the orders. Last Time I order from them. Sad f'ing food at this location on McCombs!!! read more

Took what seemed like forever to get our food out. Then when we got our food and took it home, the chicken looked like the kind of chicken you get from a frozen bag at Walmart. Think next time I will go to wing daddy's at least they have fresh chicken. read more

Honestly, this place is really great, the employees are nice, just would suggest ordering on a day that isn't Friday, Saturday, or Sunday those are the busiest days, if you must order those days I suggest ordering early to avoid waiting outside, all the employees work very hard and are doing their best so you can't get mad at them for being busy. Remember that you chose to order there and if you really complain about having to wait in the car, remember that there are other people waiting in line you're the real reason for the wait as they're only allowed 3 people at a time, we are in a PANDEMIC don't forget that. read more
