I really wish there was more to say, I always feel bad leaving reviews that are "meh", but I mean, these days, when reviewing a fast food place or gas station, either you have a lot to say because it was exceptionally terrible, or, it just was what it was... This place is as what it was, and will likely be what it'll be. Regular food. Prices increasing. More attention given to online/pickup/food delivery service orders than to the walk in customers. A fast food place that "specializes" in wings. That's what you'll get. If you expect more, ... I'd reevaluate the bar you set as far as expectations go lol read more

I went in to order out. Ate 3 pieces about 7 minutes later. The chicken was not done, was tough. I brought food back to store a few hours later and a very rude unprofessional lady came to counter to argue and belittle me in front of all customers and employees. Even though they gave me a fresh cooked meal, i will never go back after being treated this way. Customers should always be treated with respect. She did not give her name. Cashiers are always super respectful and quick with their orders, they always make sure to greet when we walk in and say goodbye when we leave! The food is always prepared in a timely manner and in my experience has always been perfect! The store always has some good music playing and is always clean to standard. the staff here are always super friendly and the cooks know what they're doing!! i have to admit i'm very picky about my wings so i ask for them to always be super well done and they never disappoint! always hot, always crispy. the key is to have patience and i never mind the wait! i believe he was the manager on duty tonight, but he's always kind and making sure everyone has what they need, both customers and his team. the crew is very diligent in making sure the tables are wiped down, clean and that the soda machine is running and has ice. i love coming to this location and come here even though there are a few others closer to me. that's the type of good service they provide! 10/10 service here! read more

Be prepared to wait 1hr and 30min+ on anything you order! This Wing Stop is so backed up constantly that they lose track of what has been completed and what isn't. That was even the issues the wing wait to be picked up was 18-23mins i was at the store by 13 mins. The wings are COLD. Disgusting this place is brand New. No thanks, this is not a good wing stop I've had other locations and this is by far the worst possible one to get your wing stop fix. Do better Wing-stop . IDK. The odor of oil overwhelms when you walk in. There were four employees there all made eye contact but not one acknowledged us. When one of them did come to the counter, she answered the phone and still didn't acknowledge us. I thought because it is new it would be different but it's good to know that the service and everything is consistent for the company. With so many wing shops popping up, they may want to invest in customer service training. read more

Honestly, this place is really great, the employees are nice, just would suggest ordering on a day that isn't Friday, Saturday, or Sunday those are the busiest days, if you must order those days I suggest ordering early to avoid waiting outside, all the employees work very hard and are doing their best so you can't get mad at them for being busy. Remember that you chose to order there and if you really complain about having to wait in the car, remember that there are other people waiting in line you're the real reason for the wait as they're only allowed 3 people at a time, we are in a PANDEMIC don't forget that. read more
