I placed my order online and made a mistake of choosing the sauce i wanted. 4 mins after i placed the timed order i called the store to change the flavor since i noticed i made a mistake. Erika acknowledged its supposed to be LEMON PEPPER. She couldnt find my order because it was a timed order and i even offered my full name, or the order number she still cannot locate it, she told me to call again a little before 730 (timed order), i did call and she said its still not showing on their end. She said call at 730, i called and she completely gave me a different sauce that i didnt know existed, i told her that wasnt the sauce i wanted to switch it to, i asked for LEMON PEPPER, she talked to someone that i can hear on their end phone offered to either accept the order or cancel it. I told her no i do not wanna cancel it, placed another order and wait 7-10 days for my money to come back when i wasnt at fault. The "DISTRICT" manager hopped on the phone and was rude, didnt gave any solution other than "take it or leave it". This is a mixed bag of a review. Of all things, Yelp notified me that Wingstop now has chicken thighs. Boy was I excited. Chicken thighs, and chicken thigh bite; think boneless chicken wings but with thigh meat. So we get there and I see absolutely no sign that they had the thighs! So I ask and the staff says yes but we'd have to look online to see the offerings, specials etc. Really? We oder the 5 piece thigh combo with corn and veggies and two flavors. Spicy Korean BBQ and Cajun. When the food came, it was hot and fresh, but the thighs were a little small. But they made up for it with flavor. Delicious. Only problem now is that we received Spicy Korean BBQ and Buffalo. It wasn't a difficult order to get right. The fries had to be peppered and salted by myself, only reason you see seasoning on there in that picture. Where do I begin?!?!? What a cluster of chaos on the evening shift! Is there even management on at this time. The chaos reminded me of Night at the Museum and Jumanji all together. Why do I keep going here, after disappointment after disappointment? Because my family likes the food. But after what I experienced today, never again. All I can do is suggest some kind of customer service training and definitely some kind of kitchen organization courses for everyone. Take some pointers from Chik Fil A or Chili's or ask those establishments to train your staff. Watch a few episodes of Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares or 24hrs to hell and back, take notes and apply what you learn. I ordered the smallest combo of boneless wings in teriyaki and BBQ with a side of fries. The cashier was pleasant, took our orders quickly, wrote our names down and advised us of the standard 15 minute wait time. We grabbed our cups and filled up on their Extremely Sweet Tea and passed the time by browsing at the boutique next door. When it felt like the time was right we went back to WS and took a seat at the largest table because that's how we roll. Our names were called out in a very queer, but timely manner so we grabbed our bags, filled our drinks to the brim and booked it home. When I finally opened my bag and took a look at it all I was happy to see that nothing was forgotten, but I did notice I was given ranch instead of blue cheese. Those bastards! My chicken bites were mostly breading and evenly sauced. Perfection. The fries were utterly disappointing, mostly a mushy consistency which I'm finding is now commonplace in Wingstops in the area. I want the outside crisp, man! I gobbled up about four of the wings and was satisfied with that amount of chicken along side the entire serving of fries dipped in ranch, not blue cheese. I may have had RBF every time I dipped my fries or the wings and remembered it wasn't blue cheese. Overall the quality of the chicken was good. It is a tad pricey for the portion, but it's doable. The fries are no longer my favorite, but they aren't turrrrible. Service was fine. All around average experience with this Wingstop. read more
