I came over after having a drink next door at Tinman. I walked in and the place was pretty dead on a Sunday evening. Waitresses were just crowded in a corner talking so I approached the bar to order my food. The waitress that helped me said it would be about 20-25 minutes for food. About 45 minutes later, the food arrived. The burger I ordered was not medium like I ordered and the fries tasted reheated and stale. I also ordered premium fries and only got regular fries. I came in with a friend after work. To set the stage, there was about 10 people in there. We ordered our food, it took about 40 mins. Our ordered finally came out missing half of it and the half that came out was wrong. It took another 30 mins for it to be corrected. The 2 bigger girls behind the bar were more worried about their phones than they were about making sure the guests were doing well. This was by far one of the worst experiences we've had had in a while! This was the first time we came back in a while. The first time was bad as well. One of the things they show all the home cooks in Worst Cooks in America is that they need to have consistent size on their cuts. I think the cooks here could learn from that show. Let me preface by saying I've been craving buffalo cauliflower for awhile, and last time I ordered, they ran out. FINALLY they showed it available to order on line (but only the large order) and didn't give options for what sauces were wanted, so I decided to head over and eat in the restaurant itself. When it's noon, and its empty, that should be a pretty big clue. So I ordered a large wings with 2 sauces (Tangasaurus and Habanero Lime) with a side of fries. About 1/3 of the cauliflower was in the first sauce which is a mix of their spicy and lemon pepper. These were mostly smaller florets that were bite sized and manageable. The other 2/3 were in the other sauce but were huge chunks of cauliflower that had to be quartered at least. They were probably fried for the same amount of time as the smaller pieces, so they were not as cooked/soft and the coating didn't adhere the same way either. Seriously, consistency could have been a saver on this. The fries that I ordered looked well coated and seasoned, but they were bland. I rarely put salt on my fries when I go out, but I put salt, pepper and my ranch dressing on them to get them palatable. Speaking of ranch dressing, the menu says the buffalo wings come with ranch dressing and doesn't say anything about charging for the sauces, so I was surprised to see both those charges added on to by bill. It was $2, and I could have raised the issue, but I needed to get back to work and the waitress was nice, and didn't feel like putting that energy in. We also ordered these a few days after new years. After trying to call them multiple times only for their voice system to tell us to try again later, we ended up ordering online. The order took longer than expected, but when we got the food (which we picked up, not delivered), nothing was crisp. Fried pickles were limp, fries were cold and soggy, the sauces had separated. Nothing was memorably positive. I have fond memories going to one of the other ones. i don't know if the recipes/practices have changed, or its just this one, but can't say that I'll be visiting this one again. read more

The tenders were super chewy almost as if they've been cooked before or if they were old. The boneless wings were dry and the fried coating tasted burnt and stale. The side was fine. We're disappointed with this meal but there isn't much we can do. We've had them in house before and they were better but still meh. In house service is okay. I was literally shocked by what I saw. The size of the shrimp were practical popcorn. I asked to speak to the manager, and she simply said there was nothing she could do about it, that was the size shrimp they always serve. So I ate them. The flavor was good, the spice just like I like. I've shown a picture of the other order of shrimp and how they look on the menu. I ordered the fried gator which was a pile of hardly seasoned fries with about two dozen dime size over fried pieces of gator. The cocktail sauce was slightly frozen. I also ordered the buffalo cauliflower. It tasted great but it was again a disappointing amount.
