It was around 85-100°F outside, yet inside it felt like we were sitting in the Arctic. I understand wanting to keep the restaurant cool during the summer, but this was far beyond reasonable. The freezing temperature completely ruined our night. Instead of enjoying dinner and then going out afterward to have a couple of drinks, we ended up leaving uncomfortable and miserable. I was so cold that my eye started hurting, and by the time we left, I had a headache. We canceled the rest of our plans and just went home to watch a movie and go to bed because neither of us felt like doing anything anymore. I hope management takes the temperature inside more seriously because no customer should have to wear a jacket just to eat wings and drink a beer.

I have lots of people who ask me my suggestions but today I have to address the service. I Have stopped here several times in the past but today took the cake! Service was awful! Our server Amanda needs a desperate refresher in customer service, very short , no greeting no suggestions just what did we want....... Talked extremely fast and I couldn't even understand her. After getting our salads we ordered she Never came back to ask if we wanted a refill, never checked if that's all we needed, waited and waited for our check, had to get up and pay, then asked where to pay and told that the server was our register after asking 3 waiters and also being blown off.... I'm just so disappointed in the overall service. Would not suggest if you're definitely short on time. The kid y'all have drawing drafts, has absolutely no idea what he's doing! Then we ordered. Ordered the sampler. The waiter or whatever he is... came back twice stating, they were out of one or more of the items on the sampler. For the inconvenience, I suggested on menus substitutions. On the third trip, this so-called manager came to the table and stated that there will be an "up charge" for the substitutions. No negotiation. RIDICULOUS! If you can't provide what's on the menu, and ask the patron for substitutions... then SUBSTITUTE! I'd been going for years and often. I have recommended to dozens and my fraternal organization has frequented many times as a large group . Wasn't interested in a third strike.
