Old lettuce on my ceaser salad was replaced quickly and I saw another table return her salad. While I waited my husband had fries that were cold and hard. 1st time and last. Bummer read more

Horrible from the beginning, we were sat down and immediately asked what we wanted to drink and then five minutes later asked what we wanted and then waited 20 minutes for two appetizers and then we got attitude for only ordering bottomless appetizers and then we ordered wings which took another 20 minutes and every time our bottomless appetizer were done the server takes 15 minutes to go get the next appetizer horrible from the beginning horrible till the end will not come back and from what I hear the manager is just as bad workers PS the server deserves a tip on how to do her job not out of my pocket read more

Had to drop it down. It's pretty frustrating when you get it to go order with no silverware and no salad dressing. Don't have the energy to go back so I'm stuck with a $16 oversalted burger and plain salad. Guess I should just stick with the wings. read more

sh*t bartender said wait 30 minutes after one drink, but the guy after me can have 4 drinks at the his table. mind you I was completely sober but h** really knows how to kill a vibe. Somehow, they still manage to take forever on a simple 10 pcs order 0 of 10 stars. read more

Ordered two all you can eat wing orders. Initial orders took some time; about thirty minutes. First and only refill we received came in 40 minutes after order was placed. Many tables were served while we were waiting for our " buffet" refill. In total waited over an hour for cold salty wings. It would be one thing if they were fresh and hot but they were cold and salty. Had to get up for my sons refill after he asked me 3 times when they would get him his refill. Terrible idea for a family outing. How can it be we arrived at 8:45pm and left at 11pm with a 16 piece wing order from a supposed buffet. Avoid the displeasure of a bad tasting slow serviced restaurant. read more

Horrible service! From being seated to dirty tables and having limit servers to provide service. overall, the establishment was dirty and employees were rude. read more

I'm giving it a three star. The service was great. Very welcoming staff. Clean establishment except for the smell of dirty mop water. The food was also okay. I ordered boneless wings and the bread was hard..so not sure if over cooked or it's old wings . I'd probably just come for the beer. read more

I called for bone in traditional combo wild lemon pepper and they gave me boneless on top of that they didn't even give me the right sauce on them. Ridiculous and this was my go to spot for the longest but after this order I'll no longer be eating here. read more

The food is good. The service was not unfortunately. Half our party received their food and it was cold by the time the other half received ours. Come with chips and salsa server said she didn't know anything about that. Had to get a menu and show someone to get our side. Slow service is just the norm here. read more

Placed an order to go and told me it would be ready in 7 minutes yet I got there 3 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my order bc they were just waiting on the "large fries". I get in my car and see that these are apparently their large fries that took so long to come out. I also want to add that the restaurant was not full and my order was 20 wings and the large fries. I would've understood if they would've told me that it was going to take 20 minutes (even though it was longer than that) but I am actually more dissatisfied with the fact that the whole order took so long because of the fries and I got what would barely even be a regular order. read more

Bruh, the worst BWW ever. It's been an hour and still no food...managers standing around watching the servers at least try to help...bartender pretty much has no idea what's going on but hey at least the managers are Chillin. read more

The Base is up way too high and has blown all their speakers. The Music sounds like crap. Food and service is good.

So I was here earlier got hit and the idiot that hit my vehicle took didn't have the balls to get off no worries but I know who HE is but whats the annoying part buffalos don't have cameras facin the front which is stupid this is a business that serves ALCOHOL but yet no cameras? Mmm yeah I'm always at buffalos but now I'm going to the competition of buffalos no need to throw my money here no more but yet an employee came out and witnessed everything but the MANAGER couldn't come outside to ask if we were ok or anything.. only told employees there is no cameras lol read more

We went in with a group of six on a surprisingly slow friday there was only two other tables and still it took 15 min for even our drink orders to be taken. I ordered the passion fruit margarita and they didn't have passion fruit. My boyfriend ordered a blue moon but they didn't have oranges. One of the couples that we were with ordered boneless wings but only half of the wings had sauce so they ordered more sauce and of course were charged but the tiny bowl it was brought in wasn't even filled half way so we had to order another. Overall, we all had a bad experience mostly for the cooks. The server was sweet and kept apologizing for the things they didn't have or for the cooks. read more

I rolled up to this spot for lunch today. I decided to sit in the bar area which was way cooler than the main dining area [score!]. I had a tall Newcastle which was nice and cold, and dry-seasoned wings which were really hot and fresh. I usually like Wing Stop for wings since they are fresh, and fast. This BWW came correct though, and produced my wings within 5 minutes of ordering. YUM! read more

This is the place to be on GAME DAYS. Multiple sports on all TVs and you can't beat BOGO specials on Tuesday and Thursdays!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. And the place feels old and dirty. And the wings are always cold. read more

The restaurant looks good with the update. The service we received was not worth the money we spent. Our food was cold and bland, our beers had floating nats in them. I gave it 2 stars only because of the margaritas very tasty. Ladies bathrooms were dirty. Our drinks took about 30 minutes to get to us because our waiter was busy with someone else and forgot our order. More than likely it'll be our last time here. read more

Love the wings I always get their Hot but this time I got their wild one and boy it was bomb I'm also a big fan of their jack daddy burger it's s so good service was good management made sure I was well taken care of. Definitely recommend eating here whether it's for dine in or take out. read more

I was sooo disappointed. We drove from Harlingen because we were hoping that the service would be better. We we were wrong. The service was just as terrible if not worse. The waiter was checked out. We waited an inappropriate amount of times before we could even put in our order. The water only came to our table 1) after 15 minuets of waiting to get our drinks. 2) bring our drinks and take and order for and appetizer. 3) another 30 ish minuets to take our order. We tried to order food right after the appetizer but he wasn't even aware of us. We finally put in our order and of course waited wayyy to long for wings and fries. We finally waived him down and asked for them to put in to go boxes. He hoes and checks the food and brings it on regular plates with to go boxes to for us to put it in. I was supper pissed at this point. I used to work for the company in Dallas and knew that the food had been waiting over 15 min by the way the sauce dries in the wings. I normally shake of shitty service but today was it. Buffalo Wild Wings in the RGV is a horrible representation of the company. Save your time and go to another wing place. read more

Went for wing Tuesday when the wings are half price. The wings are very good but my wife order them with original sauce. However she said original hot so the sauce was very hot. We brought some home and removed some of the sauce which made them much better. The beer was good and made the sauce bearable. read more

Bad service and the waitress put in the wrong order and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my food after the rest of my party had already gotten their food. Food was hot but had no flavor and never got a drink refill. Managment apologized but that was it. Will not be back. read more

I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time. I was terribly disappointed. Our hamburger was super greasy and had no flavor. The wings were just ok. Our onion wings were over cooked. Even the tea tastesd funny. All for $32 not worth it. read more

Service was slow. Food was great except the coleslaw, it's made with miracle whip, who does that? Gross.

Good wings and nachos. Drinks are nice too. Lots of TVs. Friendly service. Very good prices too. Especially at lunch with specials. Save room for cheesecake bites read more

went a few days ago with my boyfriend, sat in the bar area, our waiter louie was excellent and very attentive he made sure we had everything we needed. We noticed that only one girl was behind the bar and there was 5 waiters/waitresses waiting for their drinks, i ordered a frozen alcoholic drink and looked over at the bartender and saw her tapping the blender on the glass numerously until she broke the glass, a few minutes go by and we see 2 gentlemen go to the bar to order their own drinks because none of the servers were out there. The manager really needs to step up and hire maybe an extra person or two to be behind the bar so people won't have to wait more than 10 minutes for their drinks. read more

Visiting for the spring break week, Great service! Perfect timing on food! :) Stingy cook, wasn't able to get extra ranch. Make sure to ask for lots of ice if you want more than 6 cubes. Not too many TV's but good variety on channels! A good example of Buffalos :) read more

Ordered take out. But when I got home, the order was wrong. I put order in with host. Asked her to check on the gluten free wings. She said only the boneless could be made GF. I ordered GF hot wings. When I got home, found the wings breaded. Being a celiac (allergic to wheat), I called to verify wings were GF and found they were not. Was told if I wanted a refund that I had to drive back to restaurant 30 miles r/t and they refused to deliver even though it was their err. read more

Would definitely recommend the Buffalo chicken wraps with chips. Also the burgers are pretty good as well.

Had a very bad experience at this location. Just went for dinner, drinks and the Texas Longhorn game. I walk in, and hostess decided to finish texting prior to seating me. Place had two tables in dining area, but still sat me right next to large birthday table. Finally waitress, who was nice but poorly trained, took my order. I'm clearly watching the Texas game on one tv, while all other tvs are on Buffalo vs Cleveland. This is Texas, no one's following those teams. However, manager decides to change channel on this sole screen to the same game on the other nine screens. All the while, my sandwich arrives, after over 25 minutes--well its dropped on my table. Comes with fries, yet no ketchup offered. Waitresses are all by hostess stand, gossiping, and so I have to wait 5 more minutes by the time I can get waitress' attention and request condiments. I manage a nearby community and Hotel with total of over 1000 units, restaurants and ballrooms. I will NEVER recommend this place. Ive enjoyed BWW in Bronwsville, and sad that this Weslaco location can be so crappy on a Thurday night. Servers need training, and management need replacing. Place felt like a dingy local dive bar, catering to tattooed minors and early 20s Natty Lite drinkers, and not like a corporate restaurant. read more

The food was decent, consistent with B-Dubs. Service was excellent, friendly and funny. All in all a good experience

Crappy service all night. Servers screwed up every order, including our beers. Sat in the corner eating while our tables were dirty and full of dirty glasses. 11 glasses and i had to bus our own table to clean the dirty plates. read more
