I usually order my wings and I like when I order them extra wet and they bring them in a bowl. The fries portion is way bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings. Good atmosphere to catch a game. Customer service here sucks ass, we sat down and it took 15 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge we are here. She messed up my order, I asked for 10 piece wings half of it is Buffalo and the other half is sweet habanero with ranch on the side. She gave me 10 pieces of sweet habanero with Buffalo sauce on the side, I told her that's wrong and she put the blame on me for a mistake. She didn't even give me my ranch. I asked for desert after and waited 20 minutes for it to come out melted, the ice cream melted all over the brownie. Sucks since the food is great, train the waiters/waitresses better. read more

Without a doubt my favorite place to eat for lunch. The staff is always a delight every time. The food is always prepared with style and tastes fresh everytime. The large portions always amaze me. I received the WORST service from none other than the "general manager" of this Weslaco Wings and Rings location. His name is Harvey and he was literally yelling at the top of his lungs at me!! There was a misunderstanding on a salad I had ordered for pick up. I ordered the greek salad they offer which, to my knowledge, comes with thinly sliced gyro meat on top. When I went back to my workplace I noticed I was given a plain greek salad without gyro meat. When I telephoned and explained the situation to Harvey, the general manager, he did not think it was a mistake at all. He bluntly stated that I ordered a greek salad and did not specify to his employee that I wanted gyro meat on top, therefore I got what I ordered. I did not have any knowledge that I would not be getting gyro meat on top of my salad because I have always ordered that salad and the menu does not list a plain greek salad. Nevertheless, he stated that, if I wanted to, I could pick up the gyro meat that was left out of the salad for a dollar more. (Later he said it would be at no cost.) Never did he apologize however, and at all times he was utterly defending his employee and made me, a paying and previously-loyal customer, look like the culprit. Due to time constraints, as I was on my work lunch break, I told him to quickly have it ready for me as I would return to exchange the salad. Then, the unthinkable happened. The first thing he stated to me when we met face to face was that he did not and will not have the greek salad with gyro meat prepared for me. He preferred to give me my money back so that I could take my business elsewhere?! As I looked around, the restaurant was completely empty, and I was appalled that he so willingly chose to run his only customer off! I told him that my friends, family, and coworkers would hear about this and his response was, and I quote, "I don't care!" His rude and unprofessional behavior especially at his general manager status is completely unacceptable and I refuse to let Harvey continue to treat customers that way. I strongly urge you NOT to visit this restaurant and let others know not to do so either! Let's prove how powerful consumers can be. They have horrible customer service which sucks because the wings and fries are so amazing there! When we get seated by the host we legit wait 20 mins or maybe more (mind you waiters walking back and forth from us) at least get us a drink while we wait!! and I get it gets busy but usually when I go it's not even busy so I don't understand. The waiters love to bunch up and talk/hide behind a bar/wall thing in the back of the building. The last time I went I came back to the valley after a long trip and was craving the wings I got seated and I was waiting a ridiculous time and not even acknowledged but the waiters and I ended up just taking off and taking my business else where. read more

The worst. After several trips to this place, I've decided my company's money is going elsewhere from now on. Coming here in the past, we've always known the service was sub-par. The food always kept us coming back. Today, service again was horrible. Missing burgers, wings came after main course . Unapologetic staff. The staff always hides behind the partition thinking we us customers can't see then talking. Disappointing. Sad. When your $25 lunch shift, $40 night shift tips, and cut hours aren't getting you what you want in life, realize when you ignore your customers, your customers will find a way to ignore you back. First time ever coming to this restaurant and WILL NEVER set foot in it again. The food was good but the service was absolutely unacceptable. Our waitress Karla M. took our order (we were a party of five). She returned with three orders, one which was wrong, and she did not apologize for. About ten minutes later, the remaining orders had not come out and she kept avoiding our table. Four people finished their meals and the last person had still not received their meal. The appetizers came out after the meals. When we inquired why the last meal had not come out her response was, "it's really busy." ......We were surrounded by empty tables, people that had arrived after us had received their meals, and the vast majority were drinking watching tv. It was not packed. Still waiting for the last meal to come in, our waitress had the audacity to come and ask our friend, 'what did you order??' The service she provided was terrible. It didn't help you could see her go behind the partition and other waitresses look over at our table as if we were being disgusting customers. We never raised our voice, never belittled her, or became rude. Karla, however, seemed to not care about the service, attention, and her job at hand. Had Karla simply apologized for the sub-par service we wouldn't have felt the need to express our discontent with this establishment. We noticed a pair of young men trying to call ANY waitress over as they had been sitting for a while without anyone tending to them. I frequent this place quite often & know what to expect. The service is subpar but the food is great. This time around however the waitress came around to take our order then bring us our meals then we never saw her again. We were charged 6.99 for a basket of wedges which contained more basket then actual wedges, a total rip off. The wings were under cooked as they were extremely wet inside & I couldn't finish my meal. I usually love the food here but the amount of money I spend there isn't really worth the risk anymore. Their attention to detail & quality just isn't a focal point I guess. read more
