But the place didn't look like it was even up the code 1/2 of the dinning area was closed off due some major damage, the roof was leaking making puddles. There's a short fair skinned girl there who likes to argue with customers and be a smart ass. We're from Harlingen and my husband works in weslaco so he accidentally ordered our food to this location. As soon as he realized, which was probably less than 5 min after ordering, he called and asked for a refund. I'm sitting there next to him, listening to him argue with this girl over the phone. They went back and forth multiple times about getting a refund. I didn't hear her side, but his side sounded like this. "So is it possible for you to give me a refund?" "yeah that's fine I just can't drive over there right now" "so you can't refund it?" "yeah I would just like a refund please" "so you can't?" obviously going back and forth with someone. Eventually he gave up arguing with her and we packed our sick family into the car to go get it. when I got there I asked the lady helping me "do yall not give refunds out or something? because someone was giving my husband a hard time about it" and this small fair skinned girl told the girl I was speaking to "I'll handle it, you charge them" first of all, HANDLE me?? So then she comes to me, she's acting rude, cutting me off, not letting me talk, being a smart ass. and then she gets her manager. SO EASILY. Turned around and there she was. Why couldn't she do that on the phone with my husband? She tells the manager "she wants a refund, she doesn't want the food" Girl really? I know you're being a smart ass. Why would I drive all the way over here just to NOT get my food?? So I'm letting the manager know the situation, that I don't appreciate the arguing and going back and forth. That her employee should've just said "okay let me get my manager, give me a minute" and there wouldn't have been ANY back and forth to begin with. First of, the address is correct on here, however the map shows something else completely different. Threw me off a little bit. It's located near Home Depot and next to T-Mobile I have always ordered online then come and pick it up, just out of habit, but it does help a lot since almost every time I come here (in the evening usually), the place always seems packed. The staff is not very friendly at all, but I always get it to go and the food does its job to satisfy my unhealthy craving for deep fried, fatty, crunchy pieces of chicken in burning atomic sauce, so I am one happy camper (sometime cramper) each time. read more

This is a small Wingstop compared to others. It was a busy Friday night and very crowded. No problems with the food. Standard Wingstop fare. However the restaurant was dirty and staff seemed indifferent. Watched a young girl spill a cup of ice machine. When a staff member came around to add some more ice to the machine, she didn't even bother to clean up the melting mess on the floor. Finally, after about another 10 minutes, another worker finally came by and cleaned it up. Weslaco should definitely have a bigger, better Wingstop. read more
