The service stinks. They always get the orders wrong. Kids running this place. No adult that I can ever see. No training. Fries always cold When you tell them they replace with another order of cold fries. Restrooms always dirty. Place is too small. read more

They were horrible with the food and service because they mix the order together in box without separating when it comes to two flavors and not only that they are only small sauce on boneless chicken just because they not get tip from the customer. read more

Food and service are very bad. Weslaco location off the expressway. You can guarantee they won't care what they throw in the box. Just overall not very good. Tried it multiple times and they have been bad time and time again. In store the ice machine had no ice. A lot of spillage all near the drink station. It's a very dirty restaurant. Very carefully review what you ordered they could care less. read more

Wingstop - Horrible wings. This maybe the worst Wingstop I have ever visited. Weslaco off exp 83. They really don't care what they put in your food. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Weslaco, Texas

They never ever answer and when they do orders are always wrong! I have been on hold for the last 20 mins.. I have a credit that I have been wanting to use but can never get to use it because nobody ever answers the phone. And when they we do I just get placed on hold! read more

Came in to order a to go order for a couple of sandwiches for my kids just to be greeted by a nice young lady and then tells me I can only order traditional wings and if I want boneless, tenders or sandwiches I have to place an online order that she can't sell me none of those items??? Wtf really but if I place a online order I can pick them up here but I can't order at the counter that is crazy needless to say last time I ever come to this wing stop. read more

Fries cold. Take way too long on to go orders over 45 minutes I understand on busy nights but nonetheless. Now my main complaint I always get hot honey at every wingstop I go to and this restaurant has the saddest they legit look like naked wings like the ran out of the seasoning I always call to tell them to put extra and still the wings look naked. Place needs a remodel. read more

Went back for chicken wing day. I knew it was going to busy so I understand there was going to be some wait. But the place didn't look like it was even up the code 1/2 of the dinning area was closed off due some major damage, the roof was leaking making puddles. The bar area was close nothing was on the shelf just napkins and seemed to be empty boxes. The food itself was okay but it wasn't hot just warm. read more

We have always ordered from this wingstop in weslaco to deliver, but again, we got wrong order not only wrong but cold, and the wings look masty. No more weslaco wingstop. Let the employees know to brush up on customer service guidance. read more

A thirty minute way time for 15 wings is outrageous. The drink machine was dirty, sticky and had ice overflowing. Which resulted and ice on the floor while the staff around and did nothing. Would not recommend go to cfa or canes instead read more

Took 30 minutes and didn't even give me the right order and the service was terrible they had no drinks and the food was cold

Horrible horrible service! The staff needs to relearn how to have customer service. Rude employees who talk back really ugly I was in shock! Shock at how I was getting spoken to my Oder was missing half the food the food was cold as stone hard and dry sauce on them. As soon as you walk in the environment is hostile and the workers look as if they do not care to be there I left crying that's how rudely I was spoken to. Save your money they always get it wrong and the ladies who run the front rather talk to themselves about gossip than to the customers. read more

Very bad service, the music was loud really had music on blast listening to corridos. Not sure if management was around, all seemed like young staff. They forgot part of my order. Paid for extra fries and recieved none whatsoever. Very disappointed. read more

Good costumer service and food was good food was hot and got my food fast store looked clean too

The employees work really slow almost snail like and everytime they check on your order they say one thing but mean another. Looks like alot of people who don't wanna work handling this joint. I'd give it a 1 star but the food is good but their wait time is ridiculous. read more

There's a short fair skinned girl there who likes to argue with customers and be a smart ass. We're from Harlingen and my husband works in weslaco so he accidentally ordered our food to this location. As soon as he realized, which was probably less than 5 min after ordering, he called and asked for a refund. I'm sitting there next to him, listening to him argue with this girl over the phone. They went back and forth multiple times about getting a refund. I didn't hear her side, but his side sounded like this. "So is it possible for you to give me a refund?" "yeah that's fine I just can't drive over there right now" "so you can't refund it?" "yeah I would just like a refund please" "so you can't?" obviously going back and forth with someone. Eventually he gave up arguing with her and we packed our sick family into the car to go get it. when I got there I asked the lady helping me "do yall not give refunds out or something? because someone was giving my husband a hard time about it" and this small fair skinned girl told the girl I was speaking to "I'll handle it, you charge them" first of all, HANDLE me?? So then she comes to me, she's acting rude, cutting me off, not letting me talk, being a smart ass. and then she gets her manager. SO EASILY. Turned around and there she was. Why couldn't she do that on the phone with my husband? She tells the manager "she wants a refund, she doesn't want the food" Girl really? I know you're being a smart ass. Why would I drive all the way over here just to NOT get my food?? So I'm letting the manager know the situation, that I don't appreciate the arguing and going back and forth. That her employee should've just said "okay let me get my manager, give me a minute" and there wouldn't have been ANY back and forth to begin with. Like you just don't argue with a customer that's like the number one rule In customer service and I should know because I worked in it from the age of 18-23. While I'm talking, someone says something amongst them so they are SNICKERING. The manager included. I thank GOD this is not my regular store. read more

First of, the address is correct on here, however the map shows something else completely different. Threw me off a little bit. It's located near Home Depot and next to T-Mobile I have always ordered online then come and pick it up, just out of habit, but it does help a lot since almost every time I come here (in the evening usually), the place always seems packed. The staff is not very friendly at all, but I always get it to go and the food does its job to satisfy my unhealthy craving for deep fried, fatty, crunchy pieces of chicken in burning atomic sauce, so I am one happy camper (sometime cramper) each time. read more

Trash food is cold, called to let them know they did not answer. My order wasn't ready in the time I was told it would be. They seemed to have re heated the old food because the wings were harder than a rock. Won't answer my calls I will go back tomorrow to get my refund we will see how that goes. read more

service really bad , wait time eternal . , they made me and my partner wait for and hour when wait time on app apparently was 20-25, when asking for updates kept addind more wait time , when i receive food was coldddd !!! , had to reheat my food and my partners food at home smh . read more

My family and I wanted some quick fast food because we were in a time sensitive schedule, but this wingstop took a very long time to bring the food. In addition, most of the fountain drinks were out. Overall, the food was ok, but but these details definitely were bothersome. read more

I ordered 35 piece combo, I arrived 10 minutes early and waited for the food. The chicken wings were all cold and they gave us the wrong dipping sauces. We live 6 minutes away. No excuse for cold food. They were not just warm, they were cold. Wing stop really fell short. read more

This Wingstop sucks. I hate it. The food is never good, they take forever, and I always regret buying it. Why do I buy it? It's the nearest Wingstop and I feel lazy to go anywhere else. And I end up hating myself for it. Last time going. I don't hate myself to put myself through that kind of torture again. But some employees are very nice! read more

Placed an order for 100 wings and extras. They confirmed ordered and once arrived 25min later, the order wasn't done. They thought it was a prank, so now I had to made all my team wait for another hour while I went to pick up food somewhere else. How can a business do that? Very irresponsible and horrible customer service. Will never order again from this place again. They just don't care. read more

The fries were so soggy when we got them we ended up just throwing them away they had no flavor whatsoever. The staff is anything but friendly and the wings well they tasted like they've been under the hot lamp for hours hard and tough to chew. Expected better from this chain. read more

One of the better locations we've been to. Always get great service. Our wings are always right and fast. Plus the place is very clean. The tenders are the best value if you want boneless. Can't go wrong with garlic pram or original buffalo read more

This is a small Wingstop compared to others. It was a busy Friday night and very crowded. No problems with the food. Standard Wingstop fare. However the restaurant was dirty and staff seemed indifferent. Watched a young girl spill a cup of ice machine. When a staff member came around to add some more ice to the machine, she didn't even bother to clean up the melting mess on the floor. Finally, after about another 10 minutes, another worker finally came by and cleaned it up. Weslaco should definitely have a bigger, better Wingstop. read more

Terrible service. These young workers don't give a damn about customer service. I was at the bar waiting for someone to pass by so I can order a drink, and it was a slow day. Three employees literally look at Me and walked to the back of the kitchen. I usually tip about $5-7 for service, but these children just don't care. I hope management reads thism read more

Food and service at this location are NOT worth the wait! The wait is ridiculous for wings. They say 20 minutes and 40 minutes later I'm still waiting. THE WORST! Last time I come to this wing stop. The coke machine was broken but otherwise good food.my favorite wings are garlic Parmesan and mild really like the fries.
