We had some setbacks with our timing but the contractors with Builders Interiors worked with our schedule and were efficient in their use of time and thorough in the work they provided. They replaced our old kitchen countertops with beautiful granite which was perfectly measured and cut to order. And now who to put the sink in? And right away?? They recommended a guy who recommended a guy who suggested Alexander Stone Arts. They came out in two days, arrived on time, reassured me that it wasn't impossible at all, and set to work hand-chiseling the basin off the granite. He didn't even have to use his grinder! He was done in no more than a half hour, it seemed amazingly easy (though I doubt it was). He left his metal clamp holding everything in place, & in a day all I had to do was put the ptrap plumbing back in and I was ALL GOOD for a fraction of the cost of my deposit. After almost 20 years, we decided to replace our carpet. My husband and I visited the Woodinville showroom and Jacob was the first salesman who welcomed us in. I wanted to replace our carpet with another high quality carpet that would last for the next 20 years. He was friendly and happily answered my questions, showed us a few samples and let us look around. We took home a couple boards and I returned later in the week and picked up another half dozen or so. We settled on a carpet especially designed for pets that comes with a 25 year warranty. Trying to find the perfect color that would work well with our LVP and hardwood floors was challenging! Since we were torn between two similar colors, Jacob offered to contact the manufacturer and get larger samples for us and have them sent to our home via FedEx. He was excellent in communicating through email how the scheduling and payment process worked and kept us informed of anything we needed to know about along the way.
