Really love this place. Saw a sign outside of it saying their special was French onion soup and a Tuscan chicken flatbread and after a day of hiking we wanted a snack and to warm up! We each got the soup and shared the flatbread and I truly think I'll be dreaming of that flatbread for months to come (not a local so I'll have to hold it in my memory). The ambiance is good and cute, and towards the end of our meal a live musician began playing. Our waitress was okay, she was not great and she was running around a lot, despite it not seeming too busy. But, we were really there to just nibble and hang so we didn't mind. In total for two bowls of soup, a wine flight, and a flatbread it came to 40 dollars.

Great place to grab a drink or two prior to dinner in town. Nice open bar area with lots of super affordable wines and quick bites if needed. {didn't try the food so can't speak to it} Live music on this Saturday night we visited around 8pm.

This is the most consistent place in town. It looks small from the outside but don't let it fool you, there is ample space to relax and enjoy a bottle of wine whether alone or with a group. The bar area is comfortable and either has pleasant music playing or something live on some weekends. There are chairs, tables, and even small couches to sit and relax. The employees are always incredibly nice and helpful. I've never had bad service here. That's rare in this small town. The food menu is limited but absolutely excellent. There are meat and cheese trays that you can customize, flatbreads, paninis, as well as a few other items. All my meals here have been delicious. Bonus feature is half price bottles on Wednesday. The crowd here is always mellow and friendly. Give this place a try. You won't regret it.

This place is adorable. I'm visiting from out of town and they're conforming to COVID best practices with a great and reasonably priced wine list, and sooooo much cheese!!!! I am traveling alone with my dog and they're so super dog friendly with a couple little tables right on Main, complete with a water bowl for my companion Ms. Sadie. Theresa was a gracious, kind, and knowledgeable server. Highly recommend.

Had an adult grilled cheese panini, and it was the best grilled cheese I have ever eaten.

The service was not only friendly, but competent. We were quickly greeted/seated, and set up with menus and info on the daily specials. We ordered the menu. A bottle of wine from their great wine list, Maine oysters, oysters Rockefeller, mussels, escargot, a salad, a pizza, and several other items. Everything was delivered promptly, and everything was delicious. They oysters were also perfectly shucked, which is an important point for me, personally. We finished with a creme brulee and cocktails - which was a perfect finale to a great meal. I didn't take any photos, since I was dining with friends, and we got sidetracked in conversation, but there are plenty of other photos to help you evaluate Wood and Vine. Highly recommended if you are in Brevard and looking for a top dining experience! Can't wait to go back!

I made a table booking for me and my mother for a happy-hour meal after arriving in Brevard. We elected to have their early-bird set meal that includes a salad, a pizza to share, and a dessert. I'm a fan of their French pots de creme dessert. We're staying at the historic Pisgah Inn, so we have another drive ahead of us.

We technically arrived 10 minutes before they opened and just soaked up the views. Finally we meandered inside. Point Lookout Vineyards is the winery, but Top of the World is the meadery. John selected 5 wines & 1 mead for a flight & i went 5 meads with one wine as my flight. We grabbed a glass of water & picked out our seat. We also spring for a 10 inch pepperoni pizza since it was lunch time. 1st- skip the pizza. IMO it didn't match the caliber of the experience in its entirety. Too much like a tostinos frozen pizza. The wine and meads were stellar. I started with Sweet Carolina Girl, a mid- sweet blended red that was bold in flavor, with that rich fruit. Very luscious. Next up, the Orange Blossom Mead, exactly as expected. Velvety mouth feel, bright flavor. The Beguile was next, a raspberry mead- at first sip, I was hesitant to like it. I went around the tasting and came back and liked it much more after the second sip. The Masala surprised me, a Chai tea mead, I'm not usually a fan of Chai tea but I was intrigued by the description. The clove and ginger with the cardamom was delightful. Mimi's Apple Pie was also very yummy, I honestly stay away from most "apple pie" flavors, because it usually never does it justice. This was an exception. Finishing this mead in bourbon barrels sealed the deal. Last & not at all the least was Sting, the classic orange blossom mead fermented with juniper berries, finished in a gin barrel. Startling on the palette. A very unique flavor profile for mead & I loved it! Overall, I absolutely loved my experience! We bought 3 bottles! Sting Mead, the Masala Chai Tea Mead & the Sweet Carolina Girl wine.
