I found this place through Groupon & what drove me to come here is bc I was excited to see that they had one of my fav pinot noir brand that isn't sold elsewhere except when I had visited the actual winery up in central coast area. This place also had many selections of old world wines which I absolutely love & not just new world wines. My husband & I was here yesterday in the late afternoon & luckily it wasn't crowded so we got seated right away. The ambiance is very small which seats only about 12 people but it felt cozy & chill vibe. The decor of the place was super cute. We had the 5 tastings & it was excellent! Sparkling wine posted on this review was so good. We got to meet the owners Angelica & Doug. They were so friendly & attentive. They took their time to answer any questions we had about their wines & they were detailed about it too which I appreciated. We took home 2 bottles of red & gifted 1 bottle for a friend & 1 for a family member. Doug recommended a bottle of white wine for us to take to hubby's cousin who's not a big wine drinker. He was confident that the cousin will like it. To our surprise, the cousin did end up liking it! Kuddos to you Doug & TY for the recommendation! Came here on a Groupon on a Sunday night. Aaron was our host and he was so sweet. He helped us find some crafts for Valentine's Day to complete and got us all set up. We started with a few white wines and decided to ask Aaron his favorites and let him pick our last 3 tastings. He chose a Merlot, Cab, and ended us on a sweet Muscat. All of this choices were great. He was a great host and fun to chat with, since we had the place to ourselves. We both completed our crafts and finished our wine and left having enjoyed our time and excited to come back again soon! We were staying across the street, so stopped in before dinner and happened to be happy hour, so had a glass of their happy hour red, which was a very nice South African blend -60% Pinotage (cross of Pino and Cinsault) and 40% Shiraz. Went to this little wine boutique in Laguna yesterday with my best friend for a wine and craft date. The location is right in the downtown area, so parking isn't the easiest to find if you ever visit here. The wine boutique has two table areas plus a loveseat with a small table placed in front of it. The crafts you can do range from painting wine glasses to picture frames to a wooden gnome. There is a slight pay difference depending on the craft you choose. The wine tasting deal we got is a flight of 5 tastings, 3 from their essential list and 2 from their premium list. It's a very small space so definitely an activity that would best suit a group of 4 or less, but there was a group of 6 at the larger table yesterday. Space became a little tight, but not overly uncomfortable. The married couple that assisted us were friendly and courteous. We had a lovely time visiting this wine bar. One of the cool things about this place is that it has two owners who are clearly very passionate about what they offer; wine and crafts. You can really feel this when you speak to them and it makes for a great customer experience! I randomly stumbled into this delightful tasting room last Sunday. I was strolling down PCH with my dogs and husband while I was waiting for my name to be called at our favorite restaurant. I poked my head in, and I just loved the intimate cozy vibe, so I asked my husband to wait outside with the dogs while I went in to enjoy a quick glass of wine. The woman waiting on me was the owner, and all the sudden she asked if those were my dogs outside with my husband, and when I replied, yes, she insisted I bring them in. She was so sweet to my dogs, which is a HUGE plus for me. I've worked weekend at a winery for the past 8 years, and although I'm not a sommelier, I feel my knowledge regarding wine is very strong. With that said, I've never been a fan of white wine, but when the owner, Angelica started describing this white wine on their list, I had to try it upon the first step, I was totally wowed. Don't even get me started on their Reds. They carried a lot of wines from smaller boutique wineries, and they had a great selection of wines from Mexico as well. Much to my surprise, their prices were very reasonable. The owners, Doug and Angelica are absolutely lovely and inviting. I have a feeling the tasting room is going to be my new favorite hang out. I recently visited Wine Craft over the weekend and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the space itself had a lot of potential, the customer service was lacking. The owners seemed far more focused on chatting with their friends than their only paying guests. I felt like an afterthought as they spent most of their time socializing. The lack of attention and hospitality was noticeable, and it made the visit feel less than welcoming. It's a shame, as the concept of the place could have been great, but the owners' standoffish attitude definitely took away from the experience. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a warm, inviting atmosphere. We should definitely have eaten prior as the food was not great. My sister and I happened to spot this gem while walking through the neighborhood and were intrigued by the prospect of enjoying wine while crafting. We decided to do a wine tasting with a charcuterie pairing and enjoyed that experience so much that we actually didn't end up partaking in any of the crafting opportunities. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere as well as how nice and approachable the owner who led our tasting was. He was very knowledgeable about the wines and was able to curate a tasting for us after we shared what kind of wines we tend to like. He was great with the descriptions of what we were tasting and also suggested specific food pairings for each wine from our charcuterie plate. We spotted this place as we were riding the trolley and had to stop to check it out! The wine was incredible and the owners were able to share interesting details about each wine during our tasting. We especially enjoyed being able to choose a craft to do at our own pace.
