We have had a leak in the house for over a year for which we cannot discover the cause. The owner came and spent at least an hour and a half examining nearly every area of the house, including getting on the roof. While he wasn't 100% confident of the source of the leak (no one can really figure this out) he gave of his theory and also gave us a lot of information about our chimney and furnace. These people are amazing!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was referred by my niece that used this business. I was looking to buy a home with 2 fireplaces and based on the issues my niece had with her FP, thought it best to get these fps checked before signing on the dotted line. I was working within the 5 day attorney review window and they were able to get my inspection scheduled on a Sunday! Kaitlin did an amazing job getting me scheduled and keeping me updated on their arrival. She also scheduled us with Charles, who was truly a gift! He spent over 2 hours inspecting inside, outside & on the roof in the frigid cold. He was so detailed and provided estimates for all of the work needed to correct the issues. He took time to explain to me what was going on and he got information & quotes back to me within 8 hours so I could review & get to my attorney for follow up. He was also extremely supportive, given that his findings were pretty bad! I can't say enough about this business. I am very happy with the services. Kaitlin and Charles are a great team. I was looking to replace chase pans and fit them so that rain water would stop coming in and cause wood damage underneath the siding. My old chase pans were too short to do the job. Windy Chimney is the company that does the work trying to save money without sacrificing quality. I am trilled with the results. Unlike my previous chase pans, the new stainless steel chase pans are properly fitted and installed using stainless steel nails, which means no rust and no maintenance for the life of the case pans.
