Our Carpet was perfect only lived in the place 8 months and a Stanley Steamer Representative Was cleaning the neighbor townhouse, the exact same floor plan as ours- he told us the price would be $159 and that they clean all the units in our complex. So based on his quote we set up the cleaning for the end of the month, without even checking out competitors pricing (which I always compare) but base on what we were quoted we went ahead and set the appointment. They get there today and say. It is now $207.00. I was very confused and upset by this change of price. I called the owner Pat and he said too bad,this is how it is and it does not matter that we were quoted a different price by one of His Employees. I told Pat this I will be filing with the better business bureau, which he said he is a member of- I am sure with a bad rating with this kind of scam going on, he said ok.
