When we received the suits and other items each and every single piece had been creased!! Suits had creases in lapels, sleeves, pockets. I have never seen such poor workmanship. So the day before the wedding I had to take all the items to a same-day cleaner to have them re-done. When I went in to get my money back I was told by the owner that the only thing she could do was to re-do them. I had already taken them to another cleaner as I needed them the next morning. The customer service by the Owner was shocking. She yelled at me and she yelled at her employee that was understanding and trying to help me. At least 6 washers and 9 dryers were out of order. The $6 and $7 dollar washing machines left most of my rugs and a blanket dripping wet, almost like there was no spin cycle. And all of us there tonight were having to spend way too many quarters to get our laundry dry. Apparently they recently had a major water leak along the back wall. Look at my photos to see the "before" and "after." The parking lot is still quite dark and a bit creepy at night. I hope the owners appreciate what a gem they have in Betty Spaghetti. She takes good care of their customers, while doing the laundry that's been dropped off, and cleaning things up. She deserves a better working environment!

So I asked the nice lady at the counter what days they are closed - her response was " we are only closed 2 days Tues and Friday" so I said how about Sunday - oh yes we are closed Sunday too .......ummmm thats 3 days So I dropped off a king size pretty new comforter to get cleaned ( its been used 3 times in our spare bedroom) the nice lady said it will be $35 I went to pick it up - i t was $39.00 and now it has lots of lumps in it. Never did it have lumps before. Unfortunately I also dropped off a king size duvet cover and once again the same nice lady said it would be $35.00. Today I picked it up and its $44.00. I said ' they told me it would be $35 - she gave me a blank stare and said i dont know !! Ok I guess if I want my duvet cover I will need to pay $44.00 !! I asked her about the hours and she said to check the website for updates. I said I dont usually check a website for something that is convenient and right down the street - she gave me a blank stare. I asked if she could tell the owners to contact me - she once again said ok - They never contacted me!! She never even took my information for them. 2 people were behind me trying to pick up on a Friday and said the same thing I did - are they now closed on a Friday - maybe the better remover the sign on the left door that says they are open on Friday!! A young , nice lady called me the first time to tell me my comforter was ready and had to explain she called me on her personal cell phone as the phone at the business wouldn't be able to call my cell phone as its an out of state area code??? What??? So guess what ......when my next item was ready nobody called because they couldnt call my number because once again its an out of state cell number !! Never again will I use this overpriced - dry cleaners. I would have loved to speak with the owners but the "nice lady"who works there didnt even bother to take my information - she just kept saying - well check the website! Frustrated customer !!!
