This place is close to our house, and we feel so lucky because they have made a stressful situation seem so easy. There are so many washers and dryers there and it is easily customizable. You can be there for as long as you want/need. There is an app you pay with, and it keeps time of the machines you are using. We usually have 2-3 loads a week and have had no trouble finding machines. Typically, we put our laundry in, walk over to our gym for 30 minutes, come back to put our clothes in the dryer, and finish our workout for the last hour. It is so clean in there and they have a lot of areas for folding. You can purchase laundry supplies there and the women working there are so kind. At least 6 washers and 9 dryers were out of order. The $6 and $7 dollar washing machines left most of my rugs and a blanket dripping wet, almost like there was no spin cycle. And all of us there tonight were having to spend way too many quarters to get our laundry dry. Apparently they recently had a major water leak along the back wall. I said ' they told me it would be $35 - she gave me a blank stare and said i dont know !! Ok I guess if I want my duvet cover I will need to pay $44.00 !! I asked her about the hours and she said to check the website for updates. I said I dont usually check a website for something that is convenient and right down the street - she gave me a blank stare. I asked if she could tell the owners to contact me - she once again said ok - They never contacted me!! She never even took my information for them. 2 people were behind me trying to pick up on a Friday and said the same thing I did - are they now closed on a Friday - maybe the better remover the sign on the left door that says they are open on Friday!! A young , nice lady called me the first time to tell me my comforter was ready and had to explain she called me on her personal cell phone as the phone at the business wouldn't be able to call my cell phone as its an out of state area code??? What??? So guess what ......when my next item was ready nobody called because they couldnt call my number because once again its an out of state cell number !!
