I had the very unfortunate experience of working there in high school...it still gives me the creeps driving by there. They ruined my Mom's wedding dress that I wore. The collar on my Mom's satin wedding dress was supposed to be up, which my Mom specifically stated. The creep owner flattened it!!! Needless to say Jesus saved them that day from me as I was getting married. I know other people in Gardner that have had items vanish then be lied to about it. What a shame they are to Gardner.

The bathroom is locked with no code to get in before 10 am. Big machines are available for washable comforters and other big items or get a large amount done quickly. The machines are in good condition, and they appear to soften the water. Nice and clean. Everything was working. Working massage chairs and newspapers. Magazine rack. Kids' play area. Temp. in the place seemed to be pleasant Directions need to be posted on the wall. Until 10 am, no one is on duty to help you if you have a question. You must use their card to pay for the laundry machines. It cost $1 for the card itself if you buy it through debit/credit. Cash/debit dollars can be put on the card. The app is available too-go to their site. Obtain their Laundry Money Loading Card from the do-it-yourself kiosk on the south side towards the back. Hard to find prices in one place for the various machines on the website or in the building as of 3/26/26.
