My friend and I went here for a spa pedicure. They set an appointment day of, and were very sweet and polite. Offered us drinks and were very patient while we took forever to choose a color since we were indecisive and they had a TON. Their massage chairs were comfy and the massagers were good. They did a good job on both of our toes. The price was average at $28 for basic, 30 for extended massage, 35 for paraffin, and 38 for hot stone. I tipped the full 20% because they were great. It was my friend's first pedicure ever and she impressed and said she will be addicted now and have to come back often. Very cute interior, not tacky at all like some nail salons can be. You could also understand everything they said, so there was no communication barrier to overcome. They were very clean and used liners in the tubs. read more

Everyone needs to chill and find a place that makes them feel good and relaxed. For me when I get a chance from a hectic day, its coming here because I know I'll get quality. Their salon is beautiful and quaint in the little town of Windsor. Still my fav place to come to. Everyone is always so sweet and polite. They take their time to make sure you get what you want. This has really become my favorite pedicure spa salon because they do paraffin and hot stone massage. The scrub is fabulous also and they have tons of colors to choose from. I would absolutely recommend the paraffin during fall and winter to keep your skin soft and smooth. I have really come accustomed to doing gel nails. My nails are always perfect and last a long time. Their massage chair is probably the best I've sat in by far. Coming here after a workout is heaven. Loosens up all those knots! Better than the massage chair is Tania's massage. My LAWD!!! I was in town for a vacation and decided to get a manicure pedicure. Everyone was pleasant. I believe the owners are a husband and wife team and do not seem to see eye to eye on some things. The young woman who did my pedicure was very sweet and gave an awesome foot massage. The manicure was unimpressive. I only wanted a top coat because we were going to be active on our vacation and it didn't want to look at chipped nail polish for most of the week. However, the next day I had to go back because it was all peeling off. Not chipping off but came off in whole sheets from a couple of my fingers. I had never seen anything like it so I went back and they fixed it right away and I chose I light color instead of just clear. I did a walk in because I called and they said I did not need to make an appointment. I went in and told them I was limited in time for right now but still wanted to check to see if they would be able to do a pedicure and a manicure (not a set of nails) within a half hour. I told them that I knew it was a really limited period of time and if they couldn't it was no problem, I would come back later this afternoon. The lady was totally rude and flipped her hand up at me and said, "Nope, we have no time for you" and walked away. It was so embarrassing, the customers appeared embarrassed for me. I have no idea how they do nails but I can tell you, that the lady was literally so rude, especially in the context of how nice I was AND I am the customer!! Four stars because this was my first time. They made a great first impression, but I would like to try some of their other services, such as eyebrow waxing. I am considering relocating to the area and decided to really explore the local business and services. I called in the morning and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and engaged in friendly conversation. But when they noticed I was so relaxed, they just let me be, which I appreciate. Some salons keep talking and it can ruin an otherwise great experience. I mentioned I had a hair cut appointment afterward and they said my nails would only take about 45 minutes. They worked quickly, but the quality of the service was excellent. I had a basic manicure & pedicure. My nails came out perfect!
