I scheduled a home sleep test and did not hear anything back from PMG for three weeks. I finally called the sleep test agency and they told me they had sent the results to PMG one week prior (I heard nothing). When I called PMG to ask for my results, I received incorrect information and blatant lies by an incredibly rude office staff. The rudeness was worse on my second call to find out about scheduling follow up visits with CPAP agency. I think the Doctors at PMG care about their patients, yet the office staff needs lessons in customer service. What's worse is that in reading the reviews on Yelp for the past few years, the office staff customer service issues have been occurring for years. That's a management issue that seems to be ignored. Very disappointing - will likely find a new group.

Upon calling the office for guidance after experiencing terrible nausea & vomiting, It was brought to my attention that they never scheduled me as a new OB patient. They gave me 1 week to get labs / US before coming in for my rescheduled appointment. After my first appointment, pinky the scheduler couldn't wait for me to respond to schedule following appointments and filled me in wherever. I made my night shift schedule according to what I was given and at the time it made my scheduling easier. Then came the calls to reschedule- I work nights and have 2 older kids in school- plans had been made already and this became very inconvenient switching shifts and making sure I had someone to pick up & drop my kids off to school. After week 19 of pregnancy - I brought it to my providers attention that I had a VERY strong history of preeclampsia and not once had my urine been checked for protein. I left a sample at this visit- and it had still not been checked. However, what they did check my urine for was drugs, after answering every question about drug use with NO! 3 visits in a row- I left urine samples for them to check my urine, and this had not been done. This practice does not listen to their patients concerns or take their history into consideration. I will NEVER use this office, nor would I recommend their services to anyone.

Absolutely horrific, they should be ashamed how they treat their patients…read more I came to this office in January after struggling to get pregnant. I saw Dr. Rastogi, and she immediately diagnosed me with PCOS and told me I need to go to a fertility doctor. I was of course alarmed, overwhelmed, and shocked because I had not heard this before. (I am in my 30s, and this was the first time I was hearing PCOS). I asked if there was anything we could do to help regulate my cycle before jumping to that drastic measure, like supplements, at home testing, natural methods and she said "you could get back on birth control, or lose some weight." My BMI is 24, I am not overweight. And how awful to suggest going back on birth control, when she knew we are trying to get pregnant. The only positive thing that came out of this visit, was a referral to Dr. Keegan, the fertility specialist. I have been a patient of Dr. Keegan's since January, and happy to report am now 8 weeks pregnant. They told me to schedule an appointment with my OBGYN for 10 weeks. I called Princeton OBGYN and after being on hold for 45 minutes, just requested a call back. Someone called me back , and said "Sorry we are not accepting new patients." I said I am not a new patient, I am a current patient. She said "We are not taking any pregnant patients, it doesn't matter if you're current." WHAT?! I told her that Dr. Keegan wants me to be under someone's care, and she said there was nothing she could do. She said "Try calling back in December, we might be accepting patients then." I cannot believe this, I would not recommend this office to anyone. I understand not taking new patients, but cutting off current patients?! I have never heard of such a thing. Thank you for the added stress.

It's been easy to schedule an appointment and/or go into the office for urgent care. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen (they must schedule really well). The doctors are very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and with good follow through. One of most wonderful things about the practice is that they listen to you....no turning their back to you while they use the computer or anxious to move on to another patient. They address you by name and ask about things we've talked about in the past. I've been cared by them for little issues as well as suggesting/follow up surgeries and other more involved procedures. Chris, their Medical Technician, is the best. When taking blood, you can't even feel the needle and he always gets it the first time. He is very personable and makes giving blood a breeze! I can't speak more highly about this practice.

I have always relied on the doctor for my physical examinations and bloodwork. Over the years, I have encountered unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff. However, I chose not to make an issue of it because I trusted Dr. Regulapati and respected her practice. I am not someone who complains easily, and I have always hoped that things would improve. As I have gotten older, I have started experiencing severe back pain. I have tried reaching Dr. Regulapati several times over the past ten days, but I have yet to speak with her even once. Every time I call, I feel as though I am begging for the opportunity to speak with someone, rather than seeking help from my own doctor's office. My interactions with staff members, including Urutra and Ramya, have been particularly disappointing. I question whether they understand the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion when dealing with patients who are in pain and seeking medical attention. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge the young women who work on weekends. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in addressing patients' needs. Their conduct demonstrates the kind of service and respect that every patient deserves. After being a loyal patient for so many years, I find this experience deeply disappointing. Patients should not have to struggle to reach their own doctor, especially when they are dealing with severe pain. I believe it is time for a change. Long-standing patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I should continue with this practice.

I, unfortunately, have decided to go with another practice due to the logistics and admin nightmare. I would have totally stayed otherwise. It's absolutely impossible to get a hold of your doctors office - hands down the most inefficient system I have ever experienced - every call is directed to a call center and it typically takes 5-10 mins to get connected just so you can tell someone to ask the doctors office to call you back. Recently, I tried to cancel my appointment twice 3 weeks prior and still got a text saying I am scheduled for the appointment. Asked to update my phone number at least five times but they were still calling my husbands number. If it takes so much work just to cancel an appointment/ update a phone number - I absolutely cannot imagine depending on this practice for anything more important, ie my health. I hope the group can do something about this - you have good doctors, just a terrible system.
