When I started going to Dr. Sabitini I was satisfied with the care. He was attentive and genuinely seemed to care. He has gone through a lot of office staff since I've been a patient. About a year ago he had a wonderful staff. Angela at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and always had a smile. He also had very experienced women in the back drawing blood. I thought he finally found a great group. Then I went in one day and both my favorite girls were gone. Angela was no longer at the front and the cute little blonde was no longer taking my blood. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. But Dr. Sabitini you are a wonderful doctor it's the staff around you that is not so wonderful. read more

Dr. Sabatini is the BEST primary care physician I've had. He is a dedicated, detailed, thorough, and helpful professional who shows genuine concern for his patients. Instead of eminating the typical "god complex" many physicians possess, he exudes a sincere and caring "bedside manner," which, in my opinion, is a quality long absent from his profession. Most importantly, Dr. Sabatini listens to what the patient tries to communicate in lay terms and then helps him or her navigate whatever issues or concerns he or she may be experiencing without judgment. (As I peruse the extremely low number of negative reviews, I chuckle, because based on the tone of the entries, you can sense these folks were quite possibly trouble from the get-go.) Dr John Sabatini has been our Family Doctor since 1998 - I cannot tell you how great his practice has been for my family - and of course want to extend a big Thank You to Dr and his practice - he has always been there for us and has helped us through many health crisis and his health advise was tremendously appreciated and always on target. I would avoid this medical practice at all cost. When I first visited Dr. John Sabatini's family practice 5 years ago I was very impressed with the level of care that I received. He really seem interested in my HEALTH and he took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed or used for profits. It appears as though the practice has grown over the years as they've moved into a larger more beautiful space, utilize more technically, and have more staff. They also have a TV in the waiting room that runs an info commercial for guess what.....?? Medical supplements that Dr. Sab now sells. It looks like Dr. Sab has made the transition that unfortunately a lot of doctors make these days. He decided to make profits over giving his patients quality care. He has taken on more staff who don't appear qualified to answer most questions an information seeking patient may have. He's added additional physicians who appear to lack quality training and any genuine concerns for their patient's well being. They seem more concerned with the number of patients they can see during the day rather than the quality of care they provide each individual patients. I tried to voice my concerns with the good doctor, but rather than take them under advisement, he thought it would be a better idea to get defensive and deflect any responsibility. Tammy appears to be the only person at the practice who cares about her patients and by provides quality care and interaction. In short, save your time and money by avoiding Dr. Sabatini's medical practice. He seems only concerned with making money vs providing quality care to his patients. read more

If you want to be treated by an incompetent & disinterested Nurse Practitioner without ever seeing an actual doctor, this is your place. (Trust me RUN, don't walk away from this practice!!!) I've been a patient here for about three years. Every month I have to battle with the practice to get 2 refills. Dr. Sabatini finally dumped Dr. Willis. Now he has a girl named Pooja handling his patients, because he's too busy being a "Pot Doc" at a different practice. Pooja is nothing more than a Nurse Practitioner. I was transferred to her care because I saw her once when the doctor was "too busy" to see me. I have migraines and called the practice in October to see if they could advise or prescribe something to alleviate the symptoms. She told me she wouldn't prescribe anything, nor would she advise me except to tell me to call & make an appointment on Monday & during that appointment she was going to discontinue all of my medications & "take it from there". "Take it from there?!?!" I called about a blinding migraine that had gone on for 3-days & her advice was to make an appointment 4-days later & she would discontinue my medications at that point & not provide any advice in the interim?? I didn't want narcotics, just help to stop the pain & vomiting. Three weeks later, I call Dr. Sabatini's office for a routine medication refill and, per Dr. Sabatini (or so I'm told) they won't prescribe anything until I come in & see "Pooja". WTF??? I just saw her in September for a sinus infection & told her about the migraines during that appointment. Keep in mind, Pooja is nothing more than a Nurse Practitioner & Dr. Sabatini doesn't give a damn about his patients by handing them over to a N.P. carte blanche. read more

Another great interaction with Dr. Sabatini's office! I've been going to him for years and always have a great experience whether it's with him or his staff. I'm sure people get tired of me recommending him. today I called with what I thought was going to be a complicated transaction regarding my meds and the person who answered the phone was fantastic...wish i got her name...She looked up my record while we were talking and satisfied my request immediately. It may sound like I'm going overboard but too many customer service interactions are nightmares and this one, as usual for Doc Sab's office, was smooth and efficient. Visits to the good doctor are equally pleasant. I never have to wait, i'm never met with a blank stare because they lost my appointment, i never have to prove over and over again that I am a patient...all things that have happened to me with previous doctors. the staff is courteous and professional, always. read more

Dr. Sabatini is an awesome Doc. His entire practice, from office staff to medical staff are truly professional, competent and truly nice people. Dr. Sabatini is real easy to talk to and spends as much time with you as needed. I never feel rushed and I respect his medical opinion. He's very credible. I travel 20 mins away to see him from Bensalem. Well worth the trip. read more

Dr. Sabatini is extraordinary. He is excellent at diagnosing patients and is a doctor who truly cares about the well being of his patients.

I've really wanted to like this practice as I've heard good things about it and also feel Dr. Sabatini is a good doctor. However, after several years as a patient here, I am done. The last two times I have come into this office, the bathroom was dirty (a dead bug on the sink vanity today and pubic hair and a filled urine cup with someones name on it on the sink last time). There were also no paper towels in the bathroom on both visits and last time there was also no soap. A doctor's office is so full of germs I expect the bathroom to be very clean and allow me to clean my hands as well. The office staff have been very unfriendly to me. Every time I come in I don't feel welcome and today I was accused of not paying my copayment last time, which I know I did. Initially, the woman behind the desk couldn't even tell me what the payment was for but that I had a delinquent account. When I probed as to what the payment was for, she asked me if I received a statement so I told her that I hadn't seen it but I would check when I got home. She proceeded to tell me "It's just $20, you don't want to just pay it?" This was not only rude but completely wrong on all levels, on principle I pushed further as to what this payment I owe was for and she finally deduced it was my copayment. I said I would like to look at my credit card statement at home first and I would call her later once I've done that. She then decided to look through some tracking book they have and found a patient with my name and a payment except one letter was missing and then said "I'm not sure that's you." I was livid at this point as this was all happening at the front desk in front of several other patients waiting in the waiting room. Very unprofessional. Last time I was there, the front desk person was asked to book another patient's colonoscopy or something similar by a nurse who yelled this from the hall. The poor guy must have felt so humiliated in front of the whole waiting room! Like I said, Dr. Sabatini is nice and I feel has always listened to my concerns and took the time to chat with me about all my concerns. I've never felt rushed or like he was talking down to me. However, it's very hard to get appointments with him and my experiences with Dr. Willis were HORRIFIC (I believe he's gone now?), so I'm going to bite the bullet and move on. read more

First time I came to this office I was a new patient with an issue I wanted to look at ASAP and not only did the woman on the phone get me in for the next day, she also did me the courtesy of giving me a call if someone were to cancel for a sooner appointment. I met with Dr. Sabatini and he was thorough, caring and very reassuring. great care! the second time I used this office was for my fiance who was also a new patient to the office. I filled out their appointment request form online and Judy called me back the next morning and set up an appointment for the very same day. my fiance saw dr. Willis who was very helpful and took care of the issue he was having with his ear. neither of us have insurance and the cost of each of our visits did not exceed $200. The staff is friendly, the doctors dont rush and aren't arrogant and we didn't have to wait either of the times we visited. I highly recommend this office! read more

We have had Dr. Sabatini as our family practicioner for about 7 years. On several occassions he has diagnosed me properly when specialists could not. I have learned to share with him items even if they are of the "female" type, he knows his stuff and is happy to help, and knows more than my ob-gyn in some cases. I am forever grateful that he properly diagnosed me on something my ob-gyn did not even know how to treat, and I now feel so much better. Alicia on his staff is awesome. One star lost for the attitude a lot of the time from the folks who answer the phone. Customer service is huge, I have considered leaving in the past to try somewhere else based on the attitude of those folks alone, but, at this time I am not willing to leave Dr. Sabatini as I feel he is a superior doctor. Additonally parking and the location are ideal. I highly recommend Dr. Sab - knowledgeable and caring doctor. read more
