A/K/A PennMed Yardley…read more I started using Wayne Li, M.D. at Penn Med about 18 months ago when my regular family doctor retired and finding a new physician was required. It was an easy decision to latch on to the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center network because I used the hospital facilities while living in Philly, and found them to be expert in all fields of medicine. If they were opening offices near me, the choice was already made. The mountain was coming to Mohammed. I discovered that they were adopting a name that referenced their new location rather than rely only upon the historic references. No harm in that as long as the professionalism didn't suffer as a result. Legal niceties and all that, you know. Dr. Li fits my notion of a well trained, caring physician to a "T." Still young enough to remember his days as a student, intern and resident, he is consciencous, while being able to relate to patients as if they really mattered. I am very happy with my choice. Too, the overall practice is diligent, and has implemented a computer communication system with patients that is easy to access and work through to track appointments, prescriptions and questions that need as answers. Admittedly, I might have ignored all this modernization but for Covid, but now that it promotes safety for everyone and is more than just the latest thing, I have taken to it and appreciate how it instills social distancing, while allowing doctors to move efficiently through the day and actually treat more people. All this is a good thing!

He and his staff was ridiculous, my mom was hospitalized because they didn't do what they were supposed to do. Anyways this is how I met Dr ARCHANA KOKROO, she is so caring, she listens, she's on top of her game. I suggest everyone to go and see her. Me and my family been with her practice over 10 years now. Her staff is great too, they're on top of their games.

I went here for my free…read moreannual physical (as part of my insurance) and I have to say I have never had a worse experience in a doctor's office as I have had coming here. The staff here is extremely rude, any questions you have are clearly an inconvenience to them, and all answers are replied as if you're an idiot for asking such a question. Not only that but I was also later billed for blood work test outside me annual physical work that I never asked for and nor was it discussed with me that any tests above the normal were required. I called them about the charges and they of course were adamant that these tests were discussed with me which is 100% a lie because I would have never agreed to them since they were outside of my free annual physical. Clearly this is just a desperate attempt to claim more money from my insurance company. I will never step foot in this office again and I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Look up (or Google) more reviews as Lofts Medical Associates, which you will see is the same address and phone number that is listed here on Yelp but conveniently under a different name - Kokroo Archana MD. This was done to avoid more bad reviews. Beware

THE BUCKS GI ENDOSCOPIC SURGICAL CENTER is one of the most inefficient, unprofessional medical…read moreoffices I have ever encountered. If I could give them a - 5 star review I would. I had a colonoscopy that was canceled when I arrived after doing all the preparation required. The reason given for the cancellation was that the anesthesiologist would not put me under because I told them during all of my prescreening that I was allergic to eggs, which is an ingredient of propofol. When I initially made the appointment, the receptionist said the last time I was there was in 2017; today, when they canceled, she claimed my previous appointment was in 2013. Either way, the procedure was done, and it was done without a propopal. When I initially made the appointment, I did advise them of the egg allergy. Last Friday, I called the office three times and left a message to confirm my appointment and ask a question about the unclear preparatory instructions I had received. As the assistant said, I received three voicemails, none of which canceled my procedure. The staff, a receptionist, and an anesthetist assistant insulted and blamed me because they said a message had to be left--which I have proof was not. Imagine going through the preparation and being lied to about why they canceled. I was distraught and made sure they knew I was. The excuse can be made that they were being cautious; however, I have been through other surgeries, and in all cases, when they were made aware of my allergy, another drug was used. The office is poorly run and understaffed, and I strongly suggest you not use them or cancel if you have a procedure scheduled. And yes, I formally complain to any PA Medical Boards available and willing to listen. l.
