I finally called the sleep test agency and they told me they had sent the results to PMG one week prior (I heard nothing). When I called PMG to ask for my results, I received incorrect information and blatant lies by an incredibly rude office staff. The rudeness was worse on my second call to find out about scheduling follow up visits with CPAP agency. I think the Doctors at PMG care about their patients, yet the office staff needs lessons in customer service. What's worse is that in reading the reviews on Yelp for the past few years, the office staff customer service issues have been occurring for years. That's a management issue that seems to be ignored. Very disappointing - will likely find a new group.

The receptionist suggested I go to the ER and pay out-of-pocket costs to be treated for a SINUS INFECTION. I ended up going to an urgent care center, eating the costs of the visit since they were not in-network, but was instructed to follow up with my PCP if I did not fully improve. I called Dr. Buddala's office again today and was told that she didn't have any available appointments until APRIL. THIS IS LITERALLY 5 MONTHS FROM THE TIME OF MY INITIAL CALL!!! I did not choose this doctor but unfortunately, this is who I am stuck with due to her being in-network with my insurance. This practice needs to be reported to the State Board of Medical Examiners for failure to provide timely, appropriate and adequate patient care.

They said they cannot treat that there. Seems insane that a medical practice urgent care unit would not have epinephrine or steroids on hand. I think this had more to do with the fact they were closing 10 minutes from my arrival, this was highly unethical and my situation could have been fatal. They suggested I drive 12 minutes down the road to the ER. I said, I'm actively experiencing anaphylaxis. They did not offer to call 911 for me (wouldn't want to be held up from going home by someone needing an ambulance, would they?). They said, "well, you can try." There is another urgent care office just a few minutes down the road. I was taken there instead, where they promptly saved my life. This office is garbage and should be investigated. I could have died.

When patients are already worried about their health, this is the last kind of treatment anyone expects. What was most shocking is that the staff actually told us we "don't need to come here," as if patients have no choice and this is the only doctor available. That level of arrogance and lack of empathy is unbelievable. When a practice allows staff to treat people this way, it ultimately reflects on the doctor and management for tolerating such behavior. Since that visit, I have been battling a 104‑degree fever with no relief, and because I cannot take anything stronger than Tylenol, timely follow‑up care is not optional for me; it is essential. Yesterday, I contacted the office repeatedly to express worsening symptoms, discuss the need for retesting, and request guidance. Despite the seriousness of the situation -- including the fact that I live with an immunocompromised family member awaiting a kidney transplant -- the practice was unable to accommodate any follow‑up evaluation. Not a same‑day appointment. Repeated nurse callbacks happened with no solid plan of action. This is not acceptable patient care.
