Knowledgeable and great bedside manner. Spends all the time you need to help. Helped me avoid knee surgery.

Dr Cruz has been our family doctor for many years. Dr Cruz is compassionate, caring and very…read moreunderstanding. Dr Cruz has the best bedside manner you could ever wish for in a doctor. We are blessed to have someone like her in our lives. Dr cruz and the staff truly care for their patients and treat us like family. The office will take care of you from head to toe. I was so pleased each time my husband and I have gone to see them because it is always thorough. If we ever needed a specialist she always sent us to the best (it actually saved my husbands life) We would not go to any other family doctor and have recommended her several times already.

I 100% agree with the other post here. My sister and I were in need of a new primary care physician…read moreand Dr. Cruz was recommended by some family members because we would be able to get appointments for a physical quickly - within the same week of booking (That should have been a sign!) My sister went in for a physical and felt like Dr. Cruz kind of rushed her along and seemed to dismiss some concerns about some problems she was having. The problems got worse, and she went back for another appointment the next week to get them checked out. I drove her there since she wasn't feeling well, and I also wanted to see the place, since I still needed to book a physical. The office was super dumpy and in terrible need of renovations. I don't think anything has changed since the 80s and who knows how clean the place is if that is the case. Even the magazines seemed old. The staff and Doctor herself were far less than friendly to us. My sister left with care instructions that were totally unclear, and the doctor and receptionist spoke to her very loudly about that and her insurance coverage, loudly enough for a waiting room of people to hear... So unprofessional and rude. For some reason, I still figured it was bearable enough to book a one-time physical for the next week, as I was in urgent need to see a doctor to refill some prescriptions. What a terrible idea. The latest appointment time slot that I could get was at 4:30 on a weekday, meaning that I needed to leave my (high stress) job two hours earlier than usual, so this wasn't something I could easily arrange. I hit some traffic on the way there so I arrived at the Dr's office a few minutes after 4:30, and the receptionist told me that the doctor "had to leave because there was an emergency" ... First of all I HIGHLY doubt that was the case, but even so - WHY did nobody give me a call to let me know that my appointment was cancelled??? I could have turned around and gone back to work! They didn't even apologize. What a waste of time!! Avoid at all costs unless you really don't value your health, time, or dignity. Absolutely appalling that this office is able to continue operating.

We have been patients of Dr. Siniakowicz at Penn Medicine in Hamilton NJ for a number of years now…read more We are both in our 70's and have seen many different doctors over the years. Primary doctors and specialists. Dr. S is simply THE BEST. His nurse Annetta is also simply THE BEST. Could write dozens of complimentary words here for both. Dozens. Just going to say they are the best team we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Tom and Marie DeAngelo.

I recently visited the doctor's office for a physical examination with the nurse practitioner…read more About a day later, I received a call from a nurse informing me that I needed to repeat my blood tests in two weeks due to a high white blood cell count. She inquired whether I had been feeling unwell recently. I shared that I had experienced some side effects like coughing, vomiting, and spitting. I initially attributed to my medication and mentioned that the nurse practitioner had adjusted my prescription that very day. I may have been unwell. The nurse kindly offered to arrange a callback from the nurse practitioner, and I happily accepted. The nurse practitioner called me back, introducing herself with a "Hi, this is Nurse Practitioner Yvonne." I responded with a friendly greeting, asking how she was doing. "Fine," she replied, "but my nurse mentioned you were upset about your results. Let me explain she said." She then delved into the reasons behind my two-week wait to redo my labs. After what felt like an eternity of about five minutes, I finally had the opportunity to speak. I clarified, "I was never upset about the results; my concern is the delay. I work closely with many people and want to take precautions to prevent anyone else from getting sick." Her tone shifted, and she remarked sharply, "I checked your results, and you're fine. What kind of exams do you think should be done?" I suggested tests for common issues like flu or COVID, or even a virus panel--after all, I'm not a doctor. I then asked whether it would be possible to consult another physician. She firmly replied, "We don't do that here. Why do you need another doctor?" I expressed my worries about the unusual side effects I was experiencing, which didn't seem normal to me. In that moment, she retorted, "You can do what you want; I'm not continuing this conversation," and abruptly hung up. Moments later, she called back, asking if I wanted to review the rest of my physical results. At that point, my disappointment poured out. I conveyed how much I had admired her and believed I was getting genuine support for my treatment. "I've decided to seek another doctor," I told her, feeling the weight of my decision. With that, she hung up again. I still think to myself why wasn't I asked how I was feeling, or to come back in to run tests. Its so weird no one called me back to see what happiened and I get a letter saying not to go back there. Stay away from the nurse practitioner; see a doctor if you go here! She was very weird talking about how she is making everyone do a tetanus shot hmmmmm.
