Dr. Saritha Regulapati has been very helpful and taken proper care in every visit I have had. She…read moreremembers details from your previous appointments and gives good and relevant health recommendations. She has a caring manner and efficiently responds to urgent care when needed. It's also great that you are able to do any blood work at the clinic itself. I am happy to recommend Dr. Regulapati as a primary care physician and am very happy with the service I have had so far and will continue to visit her for my medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Saritha Regulapati for a long time, and fortunately, I have not had…read moreany major medical issues. I have always relied on the doctor for my physical examinations and bloodwork. Over the years, I have encountered unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff. However, I chose not to make an issue of it because I trusted Dr. Regulapati and respected her practice. I am not someone who complains easily, and I have always hoped that things would improve. As I have gotten older, I have started experiencing severe back pain. I have tried reaching Dr. Regulapati several times over the past ten days, but I have yet to speak with her even once. Every time I call, I feel as though I am begging for the opportunity to speak with someone, rather than seeking help from my own doctor's office. My interactions with staff members, including Urutra and Ramya, have been particularly disappointing. I question whether they understand the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and compassion when dealing with patients who are in pain and seeking medical attention. On the other hand, I would like to acknowledge the young women who work on weekends. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in addressing patients' needs. Their conduct demonstrates the kind of service and respect that every patient deserves. After being a loyal patient for so many years, I find this experience deeply disappointing. Patients should not have to struggle to reach their own doctor, especially when they are dealing with severe pain. I believe it is time for a change. Long-standing patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has made me seriously reconsider whether I should continue with this practice.
