I finally called the sleep test agency and they told me they had sent the results to PMG one week prior (I heard nothing). When I called PMG to ask for my results, I received incorrect information and blatant lies by an incredibly rude office staff. The rudeness was worse on my second call to find out about scheduling follow up visits with CPAP agency. I think the Doctors at PMG care about their patients, yet the office staff needs lessons in customer service. What's worse is that in reading the reviews on Yelp for the past few years, the office staff customer service issues have been occurring for years. That's a management issue that seems to be ignored. Very disappointing - will likely find a new group.

When our family member came out of the hospital, Dr. Li went through the notes and the medication list in great detail. She questioned various changes to the medications. She followed up with other physicians. She even gave me her cell phone. When I had questions, I texted her - and she quickly responded. As a result, I ended up changing my own primary care physician to Dr. Li. My experiences were again just just as amazing. In one case, she had prescribed antibiotics to me. I lost the medication partway through, and I texted her on a weekend. She quickly got back to me and had a replacement prescription phoned in to the pharmacy. I was so apologetic to bother her on the weekend, but she was so kind and helpful. Now, what really makes her practice stand out, on top of this, is her friendly and caring staff. I never feel as though I am treated as just another number. Her staff is just as kind, caring and friendly. Regarding wait times - you often find doctors who grossly overbook patients and you wait for hours. I have not experienced that here. Today, I needed an emergency appointment (Memorial Day weekend). Recently, I needed him to complete my Workers' Compensation paperwork after I fell from a truck and sustained injuries. Although I have authorization to leave my job for recovery, he insists that I should return to work, despite my ongoing pain. His frustration seems to stem from my complaint to the medical board regarding not receiving my annual physical exams. Given the distress this situation has caused, I believe it would be best for me to seek a different doctor who can provide the support I need during this recovery process. Do not trust Azam Mohammed! I hasn't have a physical in three years so I changed doctors, but I see him every three months.
