Dr. Bancroft is such a great addition to my health team. I…read morewas initially skeptical about the services when I first heard about it as it sounded too good to be true. I signed up anyways as the location was convenience and I've been frustrated with the waiting for an appt and waiting to be seen at every doctor's office/visit. I signed up and was encouraged to schedule a meeting so that Dr. Bancroft can get to know me. I've been there twice now for myself and have appreciated every thing about this office and staff. The wait to see doctor is barely a min or two after your scheduled appointment time. Jillian who works with Dr. Bancroft is always nice and welcoming as well when you first come in. Dr. Bancroft really spends a lot of time with you and you definitely do not feel rushed at all. He takes his time to explain everything to you. I appreciate his bedside manner and how thorough he is in considering all the possible reasons. They have an app that you can access your medical record, they also have an electronic messaging system that is HIPAA compliance where you can "text" the doctor/staff. I've tried to reach them for illness questions as well as scheduling and found this to be extremely helpful; the staff has been very responsive too. This office just opened in the last few months in a new building so things are newer and nice. There is designated parking in their garage under the building - which is a plus in that area. I've recommended Dr. Bancroft to a few coworkers as well as family members. I'm so glad that we (my family) now has access to a great doctor and services.

Dr Amber Khan isn't very welcoming. Doesn't ask you simple questions.. Doesn't explain test results thoroughly. She is quiet , doesn't really respond back when questioned or explaining to her what I'm feeling. & with her bedside behavior she made me feel uncomfortable .. due to knowing I'm sick internally & have auto immune disease. Thou, she says "your test say you're fine!" Apparently to her I have a new diagnosis which makes no sense. New Dr took me off meds Khan prescribed since I was misdiagnosed!!! The wait to be seen is too long. Just to spend 5 minutes with her in a little rough looking room. The receptionist stated she's the nurse, lab person & medical records! I'm glad I had 2nd opinion. New Dr is AMAZING!!

She…read moretold me that the intelligent decision, that I should take is to take the drugs that a cardiologist recommended, before visiting Bay Area Cardiology Associates, PA in the Riverview location. I was seeking for a second opinion. And Dr. Khan literally told me that I'm not intelligent enough to take my own decisions. And I told her and her ARNP Lindsey Falcon that I was a medical professional for more than 27 years. This proves that I'm not an ignorant, without medical knowledge, or uneducated professional. I research everything , and explained that I'm sensitive to medications, I can have severe anaphylactic reactions, and just ignored it, said same thing as the other Dr. that I can die. She said that if those medications doesn't work, she can prescribe something else. In other words, I'll be a guiney pig. No thanks. I'm my own educated advocate and I refuse to blindly follow what a doctor prescribes, as a generic treatment to give to everyone. I'm not a generic person, treated the same way as others, because I have a different metabolism. God made all of us different and unique. I don't recommend this Dr. Khan at all, no manners, unprofessional, rude, insulting when saying that I don't make intelligent decisions.
