This location wasn't busy at all the day I went in November so I'd like to hope they wouldn't turn away customers who wanted to try on some dresses if they didn't have an appt. While they make you complete a style questionnaire ahead of time, no where on the form does it allow you to input the specific style numbers of the dresses you want to try on. I called and gave the consultant a bunch of the style #s ahead of time so it could be in my appt record and brought a print out with more to maximize my hour in the store. The associate helping me was very helpful and patient, and not pushy at all. I enjoyed working with her much more than the associates I worked with at the Paramus location. The Paramus location was much more lively on a Saturday vs. the Freehold location. I didn't end up buying a dress that day however I had a good idea of which styles I did not like and a good sense of my sizing in the DB studio brand. DB does have a good amount of affordable dresses. The actual store is a bit dated looking, on the inside and outside, but the staff were friendly there.

The prices are a slightly higher than some other local competitors, but not drastically so. (Let's face facts - if you're getting dry cleaning done regularly, a couple bucks here and there shouldn't be a deal breaker.) Honestly, I feel it's worth it for the quality of the service and how convenient it is. I have not yet had a problem with anything I have had cleaned, and I usually request next day service - not ONCE have I been turned down. If I am around, I sometimes stop by earlier than the ticket pickup times, and they have always had my clothes ready to go. There always seems to be a line when I go here - probably all the converts from other local places. Try it out - you won't be disappointed.

I picked up my dress and wore it to a wedding the dress in the back was way to long. So dirt and leaves were on the bottoms of the dress. I brought it back to be dry cleaned and was told $30 because it's a gown. I left it and when I came to pick it up the leaves were still stuck. The owner told me well what did you expect it's stuck. He did give me half off after arguing. i would not recommend them especially for a dress that is important and expensive.
