The financing was fantastic and easy and Charlie was super helpful on everything I needed with the car. Additionally, he was able to help my wife out with some information she needed for her Audi which was unrelated to this purchase. When we got to the financing, we were very explicit with the fact that we had our own financing and that we did not require nor want them to run a separate application or to run our credit or anything whatsoever to do with a dealership loan. We gave them our bank approval letter and all they needed to do was enter the approval code in the portal and we would've been new car owners. It was after hours and the finance manager said that the loan was pending and because it was after hours I didn't question the pending application until the bank called me the next day. The bank asked if we were interested in buying two cars because the dealer had put in a separate application. I was on fire! Not only did they ignore our request, they caused a hard hit on our credit. We are fuming, but we like the car. Rock River Kia is associated with Anderson Automotive Group so we thought we would call Anderson Nissan and see if they could get the car. Anderson Nissan tried to help, but said that the other dealership, as expected, had an "appointment," but wouldn't give Anderson Nissan an expected time for the appointment. I understand that dealerships are known for their obnoxious and overzealous behavior, but this level of deception is preposterous. I would not recommend Rock River Kia unless you're a masochist and enjoy being mistreated by a dealership's shady tactics. We will not buy from Rock River Kia, but open to Anderson Automotive Group making this right.

They take payments either in person or over the phone, and they are always pleasant and cheerful to deal with. Mary and Ryan are very helpful and nice, and know me by name. When I went to buy my van from them (my second purchase from Chase), Mary let me thoroughly check out the vehicle I was interested in, and once she knew what I was looking for, helped me narrow down my choices. Yes, the APR can be high, but that's expected at a Buy-Here-Pay-Here place. I definitely recommend Chase.

I've purchased two cars from world class and I know the owner well I first met him as a customer, purchasing a car for my daughter when she was a teenager and then when I was ready for a car, he went and found the car that I wanted. World Class Motors is the kind of place you want to do business with. My daughter decided to go elsewhere and that was a word I can't say kind of show. There were a lot of things that happened there that didn't sit easy with me , so I called Pat. Mind you I didn't purchase a car from him, but he was kind enough to look at the loan and things that this dealership added unnecessarily. He educated me about dealership markups that were on the bill of sale. He also gave me great advice to make a bad situation somewhat better and I don't know how many dealerships would actually do that for you. If you are looking to purchase a car I highly, and I do mean highly recommend that you go to World Class Motors they have an extremely high standard when it comes to customer service. And I could just be biased because I consider the owner Pat, my friend. He treats everybody with respect and transparency. You can't go wrong with his business.

Second we did not get a title because the title is still in the previous owners name and they have a lean on the title through Nissan Acceptance Corp. Buyers beware! This was suppose to have all been fixed last year. According to DMV we technically do not own the vehicle or have it registered to us! Time for an intervention?
