The financing was fantastic and easy and Charlie was super helpful on everything I needed with the car. Additionally, he was able to help my wife out with some information she needed for her Audi which was unrelated to this purchase. I'll definitely be coming back to him and Napleton Auto Werks when I'm ready for an upgrade. Everything was awesome and I couldn't have asked for a smoother purchasing process!

How I wish all dealers emulate this company as to how they MUST SELL CARS . From the start of my search the moment I saw the LEXUS LS 460 2013 with 26,000 miles prices at 29,900 +... and a clean car fax, one owner ... I called him right away... his tone of voice on the other line has that fatherly firmness yet has the grandpa softness ... the kind of conversation that leads me to drive myself from night shift the next day which is almost 2 hours ... upon arrival he already had the car prepped ( detailed washed to think there was a heavy snow ) .... he handed me the key even without asking for my license ( that's trust )... the whole process was within 10 minutes tops ... When I came back 20 minutes later ... I went out to eat brunch and keep my argument to myself if this is the car for me ... the numbers is too good to be true ... I then follow my guts and signed the dotted line after my credit union financed it ...

Are there six stars for "Absolutely Magical?"…read more I'm just going to tell you that we had a great experience. Got time for a story? Here we go: My wife and I are absolutely ecstatic about our experience at Rock River Kia. We'd been searching all over Chicagoland for a Kia Telluride with the right trim level and colors, and were desperately thinking that we were either going to have to special order a car and wait months or find ourselves another make and model, both of which made us sad... As I was desperately working on finding a close alternative, I found one in...Rockford. But it had black leather instead of the lovely brown leather. Close enough, and it'd get us the car. ENTER MAURICE... Also known as Reese Williams, who's now our favorite car salesman and potential action movie star. Can I call him a salesman? More a client relationship specialist. I called him and told him what I'm telling you now, and he said: "I've got just what you want sitting right here." Not only did he have what we needed, but he shepherded us through a painless process of remotely buying a car WE'D NEVER EVEN TEST DRIVEN. Kudos to his GM, Todd Burr, who immediately backed up Maurice. Now, sidenote: everyone's out there selling these Kia's for waaaaay over MSRP, because it's a hot car. But not Rock River Kia. We didn't get any discounts, but we paid exactly what was on the sticker for EXACTLY the car we wanted. Maurice took us through the whole Process in the course of an afternoon. It's our kids' spring break, and we didn't really want to take several hours driving out and back. So... Reese--ON HIS DAY OFF--brought the car to us and spent two hours working with us through all of the incredible features and functions the Kia Telluride offers. Here's the TL;DR: Reese, Todd, and the Rock River crew gave us such incredible customer service and such a painless car-buying process that we're immediately talking about our next car purchase (another Telluride? likely), and Rock River is the place to be. From the ultra-streamlined, no-hassle approach to the sale to the ease of financing and the flawless execution of excellent customer service, we're proud and happy to be part of the Rock River Kia family. Whether you're in WI or IL, whether you're near or far from Rockford, make Rock River your new best friends. Oh, and, by the way: THE TELLURIDE IS AWESOME. We tried literally every other car in its class, and it has them beat in design, luxury, features, and functionality. We got the SX Prestige Nightfall edition, and it. is. rocking. Have a wonderful day!

Most cars can be purchased with a down payment of under $1000, and they do their best to match a payment schedule to fit your needs. They take payments either in person or over the phone, and they are always pleasant and cheerful to deal with. Mary and Ryan are very helpful and nice, and know me by name. When I went to buy my van from them (my second purchase from Chase), Mary let me thoroughly check out the vehicle I was interested in, and once she knew what I was looking for, helped me narrow down my choices. Yes, the APR can be high, but that's expected at a Buy-Here-Pay-Here place. I definitely recommend Chase.

They found reasons for me NOT to buy certain cars. Anytime a salesperson acts without self interest I appreciate it. I saved money and got a better fit. 2. Their service department has great reviews and does a thorough inspection. I had a chance to meet the owner and he is a stand up guy. He is the kind of person that would not sleep well at night if he sold a bad car. 3. Their business is growing, and they just expanded. It is not corporate money, it is hard earned small business type money. This can only be done through great grass roots repuation management. Thanks guys, love the vehicle
