I approved the work and had the van back at the end of the day. So far, so good. Price was fair for the amount of work that was done, and certainly beats anything you would pay at a dealer. So my vehicle broke down on me 10 days ago. It needed a tow so I decided to have it taken to Tuffys…read moresince I live in the area. This was Monday night. After talking to Tuffys on the phone I was assured they would get right on it the next day. Well I live near the shop so I drive by daily and my vehicle did not move one inch from that spot for 10 days until I had it towed to a different shop. The kicker is Tuffys got an attitude about me taking it...they actually said they were about to roll it into the shop just when the tow truck pulled up! What a coincidence. Anyway they charged me $55 before I could take my car. Mind you they didn't even look at it. It just sat there for 10 days. Needless to say I'm done with Tuffys!
