UPDATE: About a week ago, my wife's 2015 Chevy Equinox windshield was destroyed by a rock or something. This is one of those windshields with all the sensors on it for lane keeping and stuff. Called my man Roger and he came out to my wife's work a couple days later and replaced it right there. Again, flawless workmanship, great service, and everything works as it should. I had a great experience. Although they were not able to get to our appointment within the original scheduled window, the communication was great all throughout. There was a snag not having the right part when they arrived, however we were provided the correct window with the rain sensor for the same price as the original quoted lower price that didn't include the sensor. Overall I would say communication and the way they responded to any problems that devolved were great. You can't always stop any problems from happening, it's how you deal with them when they happen that matters. Would highly recommend and would certainly use them again if needed. read more

Roger is great. Very good communication right from the start. Super helpful in working with me on a classic specialty vehicle - 78 VW Bus. He was fast to send me a quote, with options and very competitive prices - super straight shooter. He's showed up Friday as scheduled with the glass, salvaged my seal, but he was not super thrilled with the fit. He recommended trying another option and a new seal which I was happy to go with his recommendation. This made it clear that he takes his work seriously and wants the best for his customers. I sent Roger a message asking for a quote to get my windshield replaced. Not only did he respond quickly on a Sunday (!!) but his quote was much lower than everyone else I messaged. He made plans to come to my house while I was at work (my boyfriend was home) and replaced by windshield in less than an hour. He was getting a little aggressive with his work at a few points, claiming how the last windshield was installed (apparently it had been replaced in the past). While his services say "Rock chip repair", I was told he doesn't do that and to go find someone at the mall. Well I was given a quote via their website gave credit info to lock in a date for replacement. The next day I get a call telling me they can't do it at all but they know someone that can at a higher price. So when I asked how much higher I was told about $100 more and a week later. I said just cancel the order I know someone for that price too they're called "Safelite" I can handle it from here, thanks/no thanks. Don't waste your time. read more

This company called me twice to confirm an appointment and get details about my vehicle. the time comes around for them to "fix" my windshield and my appointment doesn't exist, they have no one who can help me out, and the information asked for TWICE by two seperate employee's on two separate occasions was "lost". My support agent was wonderful and made sure my card was not charged. she had great attitude despite my issue. would not refer this company to anyone. a pitty they are losing business because they cannot properly get their information on paper. read more
