Crazy concept - buyers actually want a roof in good condition!!! I messaged Chris on Sunday evening and he and his team were checking out my roof on Monday morning. They did a great job of walking me through next steps and setting my expectations. Due to the storm wreaking havoc across multiple residences, my insurance company didn't have an available adjuster and asked that Chris and his team take detailed photos and document the work they were proposing.
