The window cleaning was remarkable--I have had window cleaning in the past but nothing compares to the professional and stunning results achieved by Gutter Patrol. The views are so wonderful, I do not want to use the blinds or shades! And the exterior gutter cleaning makes my gutters look like new. Highly recommended, truly professional, and responded to particular needs of my windows with, as noted, amazing results. i

Catia came very soon after calling as I needed the house cleaned before an appraisal was done on…read morethe house. I agreed to pay her $400 to clean a two bedroom, one and a half bath house, about 1300 sq. ft.. We have hardwood floors in our house with throw rugs everywhere. Catia didn't mop or sweep the floors and did not vacuum any of the rugs. While she was at the house, she noticed that I was an artist and she asked if I could make her a couple of things which I agreed to do. They weren't super high value pieces, but I didn't charge her for them and she did come back after a couple of days to pick them up. At that time I should have asked her about why she didn't vacuum or mop or sweep the floors but I was a little shocked so I kept quiet. That's on me. When I brought it up to her that I was surprised none of the floors had been done she said that the rugs needed to be cleaned so she didn't do the floors because the rugs were already dirty. Really lame. The rugs weren't particularly dirty and some had actually been recently cleaned, but for some reason she didn't vacuum or sweep any of the floors in the house. We also have very high ceilings and none of the open beams were swept for spiderwebs. She didn't turn on a vacuum once the whole time she was here for any reason. In fact, she didn't even bring a vacuum (although I have one and told her she could use it along with any other products and tools I had). The level of clean she achieved was quite disappointing, especially considering I made it clear that we were going to have an appraisal and it needed to be as pristine as possible. I made a mistake and tipped her even though I did make a couple of pieces of jewelry for her and didn't charge her for them. Would definitely not hire her again and do not recommend.
