We spoke at length and agreed with his suggestions with the prep required, paint quality and shades. He also gave us a very fair deal on pressure washing and staining our redwood deck. after pressure washing the house , we found the exterior was in pretty bad shape and sections of siding needed replacing. He recommended a very good contractor who we hired to do the work, and Konstantin came in and prepped all the rest of the house very carefully by grinding and using Elastomeric patch to fill cracks on the siding, fascia boards etc, and bondo in areas with delamination. He fillled cracks, primed and painted two coats of paint on the trim, eaves and siding. He even helped us by applying roofing compound in a troublesome corner of the roof that needed help so that the eave could dry out effectively to enable the paint to adhere. He was very flexible working around the contractors and all along worked hard to get things in good shape before a rain storm came in. The Final product is awesome, the house looks great as does the deck. Konstantin was easy to work with, communicated well and was very competitively priced. I would recommend him for any painting job!

Dinning room screen on backwards. * 3. The BIG kicker, kitchen screen was removed and not cleaned and most importantly not put back. Noticed the window open, my three indoor cats could have escaped and got eaten by outdoor "wild animals", I felt this was reckless on his end. Note: The windows on both sides and 95% of screens were perfect! I just wished he was "attention to detail" a tad more, and double/triple check his work before leaving job site.
