The house was in pretty rough shape and needed a serious top-to-bottom deep clean before he could get settled. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, oven, refrigerator, floors, baseboards, bathrooms, and closets were all very dirty and needed a lot of attention. Maria showed up on time with all of her own professional cleaning supplies and immediately went to work. About 3.5 hours later, I honestly couldn't believe the difference. The entire house was sparkling clean, smelled amazing, and shined like a diamond. She was extremely thorough and paid attention to areas that can easily get overlooked during a typical house cleaning. If you're looking for a reliable house cleaning service, move-in cleaning, or a professional deep cleaning service, I highly recommend Mendoza's House Cleaning. Maria worked incredibly hard and made a huge difference during a stressful move. We are extremely grateful for the excellent service and will absolutely use Mendoza's House Cleaning again. Our ratings were 10/10 for VRBO and 5/5 for Airbnb, mainly because their company made sure everything was perfect. Every request we made was met with generous openness and perfect integration. I judge house cleaning services in three ways: Quality is #1 and the excellent cleaning with these ladies is very consistent. Attention to detail is #2 and Ingrid has it. She will address small special requests and gets to know your requirements. #3 is price. You could pay more and certainly pay less for cleaning services, and I've done both. Wanda charges a price right in the middle and her cleaners still deliver a high-quality consistent cleaning service. We trust our cleaners so much that we allow them to clean our home even if we're not there. Anytime I've had any concerns with scheduling, or wanted to add additional services, Wanda has been there. In the two years we've been with Always Home Services we've never had a bad experience. Stupidly, I paid for this right away and told them they did a good job because I figured who the hell would advertise themselves as a cleaning service if they, you know, don't actually clean anything? Lesson learned, and an expensive one -- $1700 for a "move-in house cleaning" and window washing.
