I would rate them 0 stars if I could!!! They quoted me $486 for a deep cleaning for my friend house who was going to have surgery. They came started to clean within the hour of cleaning they broke my friends blinds in her entryway. The housekeeper called the office to report the incident. The person in the office I spoke to state they could fix the blinds or replace them. My friend chose to replace them. The office person was research replacement and made several calls asking me to measure the blinds, what brand the blinds were, and on and on. Then I received a thank you for your payment and it was $200 above the Quote. I assume to cover their breaking the blinds and the replacement....... BEWAR of this COMPANY read more

I have had Dynamic House Cleaning come in to clean about 6 times - once per month over the past 6 months or so. I am very satisfied. The crews are all hard working. They do a thorough job. I have worked with other services where there is a lot of talking within the crew and they didn't work so hard - not the case with Dynamic, they are hard workers. They seem to have a good attitude too (not always the case with other companies). They don't expect a tip (I like to give them something though). The communications is excellent. I set up the appointments via email, but I also know I can call too. Communication with the crew works well too. I like that 3 people generally show up and they are done within a couple of hours. I like that it is usually the same people and they remember what I want. I like that I can pay the bills on line. The price is reasonable. read more

I first used Dynamic House Cleaning to do a thorough cleaning when I moved in a year ago. They did such a good job I hired them to come every other week to keep the house in good shape. The same crew of 3 comes each time and they do a terrific job. They are fast and thorough. I like having a crew because the cleaning is done in under an hour. I also like that the planning and payment are easy. I get a text at the beginning of the week giving me a 30 min window for their arrival and I can confirm or ask for a change. They usually come at the same time, but sometimes there is a cancellation and they can come earlier in the day. I keep a credit card on file and receive a receipt by email the day after the cleaning. I don't have to remember to have a check ready. I've had cleaners for over 20 years in multiple houses and I'm most happy with Dynamic House Cleaning. read more

The cleaners worked very hard. i have a small place and 3 cleaners covered most things in an hour. a few things were left undone because of minor miscommunication. i wish i could have gone over the cleaning with the crew at my house perhaps 2/3 through the cleaning to make sure they were cleaning the things i needed most help with. not a big deal. basically they took care of some serious cleaning - anything left i can do myself. also - for the money - this is an excellent deal for a professional cleaning company. read more

My area rugs have been left with crumbs on them and my glass table had spots left uncleaned.
