They are excellent in these qualities which makes me think they may have the same customer-forward mindset on the job. But for now, I can simply say it was a pleasure to interact with Meg as we conducted preliminary conversations over internet and text message. They are polite, professional, conscientious and responsive, consistent the most of the other reviews I have seen.

We contracted with them to remodel both bathrooms in our condo. I have never had any construction done and was nervous about the process. From the very beginning they were very professional, showed up on time, and quotes were delivered on a timely basis. The work started when scheduled and finished on time except for a few delivery issues which were out of their control. The staff was professional and very accommodating. Sophianna did an amazing job keeping us informed and dealing with questions along the way and Anthony and team also did a great job. The tile placement was beautiful and they spent time and effort choosing the best tile pieces. During the remodel we encounter a few issues from what we envisioned and they provided alternatives to make sure we were happy with the result. We would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to remodel.

I was pretty disappointed with their services, which was sad because previous reviews were so…read morepositive and I really wanted to like them! I don't have a cleaning service come by regularly because I can't afford it, but I had family coming into town and wanted to make sure my home was in tip-top shape for them. I paid $130 (I live in a small 2-bedroom condo) for the deep cleaning. At first glance when I came home after they'd cleaned, everything looked great and the house smelled wonderful. The more I looked around, though, the more I noticed shortcuts -- for example, I moved a lamp and noticed that they hadn't moved ANYTHING when they were cleaning -- they just cleaned/dusted around things. The same goes for my kitchen counters, tables, etc. I also noticed that they didn't vacuum in the corners where little particles of dirt tend to accumulate. I also paid them an extra $20 to clean out my fridge, and they didn't wipe out any of the doors. Unfortunately, they gave my overbearing mother a number of things to complain about, which was exactly what I was hoping to avoid by hiring them. Overall, not a bad experience, just not a service that's worth nearly $130. I'm pretty sad to say that I won't be using Happy Planet's services again.
