They did a fabulous job and they look better than I even expected. They came in, removed the blinds and brought them into their mobile truck for cleaning. As a follow-up to my negative review, I have to admit to a first in business. Not only did the owner respond to my concerns, but he assured me that remedial steps would be taken. Additionally, he followed up with a letter of apology and a refund check for two service calls. This tells me that he values his business and his customers. Update regarding first review: Josh, Operations Manager, called me to discuss my issues. Josh was very professional. Receiving a call shows that Window Wizard does care about their customers and the service they provide. Thank you Josh! Highly recommend using another company instead of Window Wizard. They misquoted me and I received a bill for a higher amount. I also had to remind them I had a coupon. Account receivable department accepted my quoted price and then turned around and said they had a missing payment from me. In the end, I just went ahead and paid them the additional costs. Also, the techs had to return because they forgot a window and blind in my house. The inside window cleaning was sloppy and the girl did not clean my window tracks very well. read more

This is a good news/bad news story. First, the cleaning techs are great. They are professional, they show up on time, and they go the extra mile to get the job done. I have used them for several years. The bad - and very important for potential customers. The "back office" team is in *extreme* disarray. I had my service done on 5.26.20. I got a follow up survey via that same day, asking how my service went. However, I did not receive an actual bill from WW until about 8.9.20; the Statement Date was dated 8.5.20. It was for $288.80. I then received an email from WW (the "AR Manager") on 8.10.20 -- literally one day after I received the bill in the mail -- that said "Hi, This email is to notify you that your account is nearing collections for non - payment. We have made several attempts to collect the past due balance of $288.80 and have been unsuccessful. Should you like to avoid the negative credit rating this will create please call our office today or pay the past due amount of $ 288.80 on our website using your customer number." I obviously called the manager who, after researching the issue, reported that there was an "IT system mistake" and he apologized, saying that of course I would not be expected to pay the late fee on top of the service fee. When I inquired what the late fee was - as it was not delineated anywhere on my bill, he told me that my total for service came to $278.95. I was shocked, because the only bills that I had received were for $288.80. ***This means that Window Wizard sends bills out (potentially all bills) with late fees already incorporated, regardless of time elapsed.**** It is a shame that WW's back office operations are in such poor shape, given how strong their techs are. My advice: if you need to move forward and use this company - be VERY on top of the billing - assume you are going to be overcharged and don't get upset when you get threatening emails from the company, despite having done NOTHING wrong. What the company has been doing on the billing side is immoral and against the law. Very unfortunate. read more

Terrible Job!!! Soap and water was left on our windows and they didn't even wash our garage windows or take off any of the screens. I've never heard of a company not squeegeeing or drying windows. My toddler could do a better job. read more

Al and Chip came to our home and in less than 90 minutes had removed, cleaned, repaired and replaced all 13 blinds. After repairing some and cleaning all of them , they look like new, work like new. Not pleased with my window washing. I had to follow them around because they forgot to do the window tracks, they missed entire window. So they came back out, did the outside with the screens still in the windows, plus it was a rain day. I told them to come at 10 a.m. they came at 8:30 a.m. The inside was just mediocre, they didn't clean along the frame of the window just squeegee were the tool would go not using a rag to get close to the frame and clean. They were professional, thorough and respectful of our home. We were so impressed we decided to have them schedule us for regular cleanings. Reasonably priced and professionally done. We highly recommend them for your window and blind cleaning. I worst scheduled because they had a coupon. Was impressed with the help Ernie provided on the phone when I scheduled. Just had my windows washed by Window Wizard. Never have I had my homes windows look like new glass after a cleaning. They use a system with their own solution...leave them wet to dry... freaked me out!! Then they dried. Not one water spot ....just sparkling clean. They over-sell their service. Sure, the windows end up clean but they try to tell senior citizens that they ought to have their windows cleaned once a month. It would be better if they did the job and asked if they can call you in a few months to see if you want the windows cleaned again. read more
