After googling restoration companies and reading a few reviews I decided on a desperate whim to call Resto Clean. I'm so grateful that Resto Clean came to help me when I had no idea what to expect now that there was water damage in our home. Having lived in our new home for 4 years I couldn't believe all the damage the flood had done to our home. Cody, the tech from Resto Clean came within the hour that I called. He was patient to explain the mitigation process and also letting me know that they had different contractors who were awesome at repairing our home after the drying process. I didn't have to call around and make appointments for the next guy to come and fix the different repairs in our home. It was already overwhelming to know that the flood had caused and working with our insurance was enough for me. Cody from Resto Clean assured me that they had great subcontractors and they'd get the job done well. So Resto Clean made all the appointments. Cary, the restoration manager and Chuck, the construction manager were beyond kind, professional, and listened to our concerns fearing that our home wasn't going to look near to new again. After they heard or concerns, they brought in their tops guys such as Tom, who did an amazing job on our ceiling making it match with the rest of our ceiling. Then Terry & Josiah came in and took over on the rest of the repairs of painting, stretching our carpet, putting in our new floor in our bathroom, putting on the baseboards, painting them, and lastly, fixing the sheet rock in our garage. Not only did Terry fix everything with a professional hand he went the extra mile every time he was in our home. He swept our garage up after he had installed the sheet rock and then helped put back our storage containers where they were before the flood. Josiah was good to let me ask questions about painting baseboards. He took his time to paint my baseboards & paint my ceilings. Each person that came to repair a job had a smile and took their time to do their job right. They exceeded my expectations when they easily could have cut corners by not painting the other ceilings of our rooms near where the other ceiling that was repainted, which at the time, I didn't know needed to be done. They always communicated with me and each other what needed to be done and they always did as they said they would do. Another time that they went up and beyond was after our ceiling in all the rooms were painted, Chuck, the construction manager, noticed that our ceiling had a spot that needed to be repainted again. It was a small spot and I could not see what he was talking about. The following day while Terry was finishing up, he took out the paint and fixed the spot without Chuck being there to point it out. Talk about awesome service!! They worked hard to be accommodating to come when I was home and I also made sure to be available whenever they could come to my home. I think the key that made them successful was always trusting that they'd take care of the job they knew best how to repair and to have an open and kind communication. Communication with them was top notch. I'd definitely have them in my home again and not worry if I had to do it all over again. Shout out to Cody at Restoclean. I went to Idaho to help one of my good friends sort out a property where a relative past away. After the second day of dealing with insurance and situating all the legal documents, I started calling multiple restoration companies to help with the cleaning. Unfortunately all of them were unable to work with us due to no coverage by the insurance at the moment. Giving us no hope in getting this resolved. We finally decided to make one last call, that call was made to (RESTOCLEAN)! From the pleasant greeting/professional demeanor done by their office, to their fast response of having a technician arriving. It only took one hour! I cannot express how grateful we were to meet Cody. He entered the home when no one else wanted to enter. Once he came out, I feared we would give us the same answer we've heard from others. After removing his protective gear. He asked if there was any coverage on the property. Fearfully I answered him with the uncertainty, expressing the overwhelming struggle with speaking to the insurance company. Cody understood immediately. And offered to help where he could. We got on the phone again with the insurance company. With the help of Cody he was capable of giving them the run down on everything going on in the home. With little to no time we got the answer we were waiting days to hear. Cody scheduled with us, and began work the following day! The process of getting the house back into a environment where were safe and comfortable to enter took about a week. After Cody completed his work, we received a call from Restocleans repair team. They scheduled with my friend and began work that week. After all was said and done we were able to get the home on the market. Like I said before, shout out to Cody and the crew of Restoclean! Nate Morris is the owner and surprised me. I hate getting my carpets cleaned. That's one of the reasons why I hadn't had it done since we bought the house. The others consisted of: no one ever seemed to know what they were doing, the stains wouldn't go away, and the dirt seemed to come back even worse after having it done, annnnnnd lets face it, I was lazy and really didn't want to move all that furniture. So, RestoClean was recommended to me and I was promised they would treat me right and do a great job. I was still skeptical, but I appreciate word of mouth referral, so I tried them. Wow! Was I surprised (not to mention my wife - she was thrilled), they showed up on time, the gentleman introduced himself as Colt and proceeded to walk me through what he was going to do today and how he was going to make it look good. I agreed and he went to work putting these little plastic shield things around corners (I later figured out so that they wouldn't scratch the corners with the hose) and cleaned our house. Yep. It was clean and it looked great. Even put our furniture up on top of these little pads so they didn't get wet. I've used Resto Clean to clean my carpets several times across the years. While I've always been impressed with their excellent work and great results, it wasn't until I had to bring them in to clean up an accident involving water damage that I fully appreciated the quality service Resto Clean provides. Their technicians were knowledgable, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. While doing demo work, they ensured that the dust didn't spread to the rest of the house by sealing off the work area. After the work was done, they went above and beyond to make sure the area was left spotless. One thing that stood out to me was that they were even willing to be there with me when the insurance adjuster showed up for the inspection to answer questions I couldn't. This is the second job Resto Clean has done for us. They previously did did a great job providing mold and water damage remediation in our laundry/mud room area. For this job we had Resto Clean do the reconstruction of the two rooms and we could not be happier. Rick Barone did a great job managing the project as it required multiple subs to come in and to the work. The Magic Tile team did a great job of installing the floor tile. We really like how that looks. Wil Linson did the carpentry and backsplash installation and we could not be happier. They went the extra mile and matched the drawer face on a cabinet that they had to cut down. Jorge took particular care painting trim and caulking around backsplash. Our home was flooded. Resto clean sent out Isiac immediately. He was extremely prompt and got the ball rolling. The next day the head over the project called us. Rick came out and met with us. I had a awful smell within my home with the assumption it was coming from my crawlspace. I came across a local company called RestoClean that offered a free inspection. Cody came out nearly immediately. He was very respectful and timely. After he throughly crawled around he came back with the information I needed. We found water in our crawl space. We called in Resto Clean company so they could give us an estimate for repairing the damage. We were of the opinion that we had a water table problem beneath the house. We were prepared to pay whatever it took to fix the crawl space problem. We told Mr Cary Crandall from Resto Clean that we suspected a water table problem. He did a through inspection. Completion of drying process - rebuild waiting insurance. Jered, Zach, Cody and Dean are the most efficient team I have seen in a while. After a large overflow/clogged pipe event at an elderly family member's house, we were told by the plumber that there was water in the crawl space that could develop into mold. Resto came out for an estimate and confirmed that the water was only on dirt so it would dry safely and naturally. They also checked the overflow sites in the house and confirmed that they were dry so no restoration needed. Amanda and Steve were fast, clean, and kind.
